Total misdiagnosis of my mother. Diagnosed classic Alzeimers and said we needed to put her in a facility. Two week later my mother was well and driving her car. Beware of diagnosing Alzheimers after you have been told that the patient may be reacting to Levoquin

Don't waste your time!! After scheduling over 6 weeks out for my mother-in-laws appointment with Dr. Kerwin and being rescheduled already once, we received a call hours before her afternoon appt (after taking off work and rearranging schedules) stating that the Dr. was sick and had to cancel and that they would be in touch at a later time to reschedule (again). A week later, we get a call from the office that they are no longer accepting new patients. After trying to explain to them that they were accepting patients when we had originally scheduled the appointment and just needed to reschedule for the time they canceled on us last minute, they blew us off and were very rude and said "don't kill the messenger". We wasted 2 months when we could have been getting treatment with another doctor. As frustating as the situation is, I guess we should be grateful that we did not waste anymore time on Dr. Kerwin. UPDATE: as of 9/27/18: Disappointed yet again. After considering Dr. Kerwin's response to the above review, my husband has since tried to contact her practice 3 times in the past month with zero response. They do not answer calls and do not return voicemails. Don't waste your time!! The staff are exquisite and we are so fortunate to have such a stellar medical mind in Dallas!

Exceptional in every respect. She took the time to understand my concerns and, more importantly, was sincerely interested in providing meaningful guidance - which she certainly did.

Dr. Kerwin was wonderful during our meeting. See and her staff were clearly devoted to making my first visit comfortable and reassuring, Dr. Kerwin was thorough, thoughtful, and engaged. A great experience! Thank you.

I found Dr Kerwin to be very professional while working with my father. She came in and spent adequate time with him to ensure understanding of all patient history and finally providing my family with some much needed information on his condition.
