Miss Diana Fernandez

To the point, since my husband’s doctor left, we had to see this physician to get a refill for his seizure meds. She was dismissive and did not address his concerns. He left with no refills and it has continually been an issue with her office claiming his meds were called in when they weren’t. This has been ongoing for a week now. We will not be returning to her practice.

Dr. Diana Fernandez is now in Cypress, TX and I would not recommend her at all if you truly need a diagnosis. My mother, Claudia, started seeing Dr. Fernandez after having symptoms which included tremors, trouble walking (shuffling her feet and walking hunched over), unable to stand, toes would curl, etc. During one visit, Dr. Fernandez told my mother she was out of shape. Another time, Dr. Fernandez stated her toes curl too which happens as we age. Dr. Fernandez eventually ordered an MRI of my mother's back which wasn't needed. Any good neurologist would know these symptoms are ALL signs of Parkinson's disease. Yet, Dr. Fernandez did NOT do a DAT scan or even mention Parkinson's. My mother suffered in pain as a result of Dr. Fernandez's failure to treat or even investigate my mother's condition. They also did not allow anyone to go in with my mother to help advocate for her. I would recommend Dr. Fernandez. She listens well to all of your concerns & she takes her time. It is very very sad that we found a doctor that we like and now she is leaving!!!!!

Very likely! Dr. Fernandez is very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing. We discussed my medical history and came up with my migraine preventive care routine.

Spent needed time with us. Answered all our questions. Recommended a MRI Brain and made a appt for a return visit and will explain the MRI to us. She was very pleasant and understanding.

Dr. Fernandez diagnosed me with chronic migraines and prescribed me blood pressure meds (blood pressure was textbook). I tried explaining to her that my neck hurt and I thought it might be contributing to my constant headache. She dismissed me and told me that she could not help me if I would not take the medicine. Her staff called and asked me to not come back. I was not rude, but any means, but only asked for an MRI of the neck. Come to find out, it was my messed up neck after all.

First visit to Dr Fernandez. Love her knowledge and personality. She made me comfortable and secure in her abilities. I will continue to be under her care. I definitely would recommend her to anyone needing her specialty!
