This was a normal biannual checkup. Dr Donati is always thorough, patient and on time.

Dr Donati is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I see doctor Donati as does a few other of my family members. Very nice and always helps me get stuff figured out!!

On time, explains everything

Her appointments are on time. Takes as much time as you need. Listens to your questions and opinions.

Have been seeing her for about a year as my PCP. She is consistently thorough, punctual, and friendly. Has been very helpful overall! I also like that her office does labs while you are there- it is a huge time saver and keeps me from putting it off.

Love Dr . Donati. She’s friendly while also very focused on and interested in you and your health. Takes whatever time needed to cover any issues of concern. Staff is friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Additionally, there is almost never a wait beyond ten minutes, if that! An exceptional experience.

I started seeing Dr Donati back in 2007 after a friend referred me. She always takes the time to listen to what I have to say and takes the time to ask about my family.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Donati for over a decade and have never had a negative experience. She’s always engaged during our appointments and never rushes the time I have with her. I’ve recommended her to numerous people over the years and we all tend to share the same experience. I highly recommend her.

Have been a patient for years now, Dr Donati is a terrific doctor. This was my first "tell appointment" and it went well, thank you.

Here is one thing that's important to me, I've never waited over 5 minutes in the waiting room when checking in and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been a patient of Dr. Donati for so many years I can't remember (guessing close to 20). She has been forthright and honest with concerns and diagnosis and she remains to have my ultimate trust and admiration. Hopefully I'll see her for another 20 years .... Best Dr I’ve ever had

I was able to get an appt the morning I called. Dr. Donati never is in a rush. She asks me questions, listens carefully to my answers. She is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Her PAs are the same. I always leave her office feeling confident in my treatment and that I got the very best advice. She’s the best. I feel very fortunate to have her as my primary doc.

Very thorough regarding my health issues. Appointments are always on time

Best doctor patient experience one can have! She is thorough, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate, very friendly and easy to talk to. She had reviews my chart, labs and consultation reports prior to entering the room. She asked what else I want to talk about and repeated the question at the end of each discussion until I was satisfied and had nothing else to bring up! Dr Donati is always on time, easygoing and never seems to be in a hurry. She is the best! Her staff reflect her personality and follow the leadership . Very pleasant and ready to serve. April, her MA is just awesome!

Dr Donati has been primary care provider for the past several years. She is always helpful, kind, and a great listener. She is quick to respond to my needs.

Dr. Donati diagnosed my problem almost immediately even though I had not a clue. She sent me on to the hospital which was waiting for me since it turned out to be a serious issue. I have a great deal of faith in Dr. Donati's judgment and ability.

Would not recommend if you're overweight and have other health issues. Spent my entire appointment trying to talk about my health concerns and all she wanted to talk about was how I needed to lose weight. I have other serious health concerns with very little to do with my weight and she refused to address them or refer me to someone who would. Incredibly disappointing, a waste of my time and money.

My husband and I were so blessed to find Dr. Diana Donati when we were searching for a new primary care doctor 12 years ago and that she took new patients. She takes her time with us, answers our questions..never seems rushed and truly cares about her patients health. Highly recommend Dr. Donati.

I was looking for a new Doctor, and a friend of mine recommended Dr. Donati. My first appointment was scheduled march 4, 2021. On March 2, 1 tested positive for covid-19, and I had to quarantined for 14 days. Subsequently i had to cancel my first appointment with Dr. Donati. On May 17, I called to reschedule and i was put on hold for 15 mins and then disconnected. And i called back May 18, and talk to " Courtney" and was informed that i couldnt schedule another appointment with Dr. Donati becuase i cancelled my first appointment because i had covid19 at the time of my first appointment . "Coutney" treated me disrespectfully and rude the way she talk to me, That's ridiculous that i couldn't reschedule a new appointment because i got covid -19. I just love Dr Donati. The staff in the office are super friendly and helpful as well. If she ever changed practices I’d follow because she’s the only doctor who has listened to my concerns without making me feel like I don’t know anything. .

I have been seeing Dr. Donati for my primary health care needs for the past few years. She is polite, professional and a good listener and she has provided me with excellent care and referrals when they were needed.

I have highly recommend Dr Diana Donati ! She has been my physician since she was a resident at Riverside Hospital Clinic. She is professional, compassionate,caring woman. I have never felt that she was "rushing" through my appointment. She has been open to answering any questions/ concerns I have ever had. Dr Donati is knowledgeable and I feel well taken care of. Eye contact is important to me-while she is keying info into her laptop she is keeping eye contact. I also want to mention her medical assistant April-she starts my appointment with a friendly vibe. Like I said, she is a no nonsense doctor, straight forward, never pushy, direct, pleasant smile. I like her very much and feel very comfortable when with her. I’ve been going to her for quite some time now and will stay with her since I have no complaints.

Great visit

I saw Dr. Donati for my annual visit. I had a very short wait, the office followed the current covid protocols. Dr. Donati answered all my questions and updated me on new medications and procedures I needed to be aware of. I was treated with respect and kindness during my visit by Dr. Donati and her staff.

Excellent service and attentive to giving me needed info on any issues I may have at my appointments. Never have I had to wait more than a couple of minutes.

Dr Donati listens to concerns and doesn’t dismiss them. She is an advocate for her patient’s health.

We covered everything on my list. Dr. Donati is friendly, easy to talk to and informative. The physical exam was rather cursory but all my questions were answered and she was not hurried during the visit.
