So glad I connected with Dr. Dale. She gave me hope for the first time in 3 months. Knowledgeable, caring, kind. I just wish I'd found her sooner.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dale for 20 years. She is one of the best. Knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful and attentive. She has served as an indispensable guide through the best and worst times for me and I am grateful to have her as my doctor.

I have had no problems with Dr. Dale. The psychiatrist I had before was horrible. Dr. Dale’s office is pretty much on time and she is very thorough and adjusted my medications. I would refer friends to her.

I ❤️ Dr. Dale and her secretary. Dr. Dale always listens to whatever I have to say and is genuinely concerned with my health, month-to-month. We actually have several interests in common and I enjoy our monthly visits. Dr. Dale is extremely knowledgeable and professional and I am so appreciative to have her support my mental health.

I've had a great experience with Dr. Dale. I have seen other doctors and psychiatrists and I've had the best outcomes with her. I had bad experiences with other medications & doctors who did not seem to take my concerns seriously. Dr. Dale listens and uses the information to make informed decisions. She seems to really be informed on the research in her field and has a reason behind her decisions. If I'm feeling skeptical or worried I always ask questions and she never treats my questions a bother. This really makes me feel at ease and not just like someone is giving me random prescriptions to see what works. Usually the wait times for appointments are pretty reasonable too. PS. I am surprised to see negative reviews about the office admin. I have never had any issues with the administrative staff. She normally just asks me the standard insurance questions, sometimes she'll remind me if I have an outstanding payment. She is professional and polite. They do have a strict late policy but if you're less than 10 minutes it's usually ok. If you're going to be late call ahead - I've been late before and it worked out fine. She is a caring, competent psychiatrist who has been immensely helpful to me over more than a decade. She listens well and diagnoses brilliantly. I recommend her highly.

It was a hard decision to call and set up an appt. The receptionist that answered the phone asked several standard questions. She then asked why I wanted to see the physician. The way she asked lacked empathy and once I answered she stated she would run it by Dr. Dale and I would get a call back. I felt her response was condescending, unsympathetic and I failed the tryout. I was made to feel uncomfortable. I also never received a return call, so I guess my inquiry ended up in the trash bin. Miss Dale is very knowledgeable and really sounds like she knows what shes talking about. She is extremely sympathetic and really wants to help people. The problem with her office is her secretary is extremely narcissistic and always wants to be right, so much so that she tends to talk down to you and tries to make you feel bad for not having the payment immediately ready, or for being a few minutes late. Now usually this is fine. I totally get the focus on being punctual, but a lot of times if you get Miss Dales first appointment in the morning, the doctor can be up to a half an hour late! If you try to bring this up to the secretary, you will be quickly dismissed, but of course if YOU are even 5 minutes late, you get belittled by the secretary. I have been going to Dr Dale for maybe 5 total years now. This is the first google review I’ve ever done after seeing a 2-star review, I know she deserves better. I drive 30 mins once every month-month and a half to go here. Never had one problem with the receptionists, they’re very friendly to me. Dr. Dale treats me like family, always remembers things we’ve talked about, I actually look forward to our visits. I have been seeing Dr. Dale for 5 years. She has a low key professional personality and is very knowledgeable. After suffering many years and trying different medications, she pinpointed my problem quickly & made medication adjustments. I felt so much better due to her expertise. No problems making appointments and my calls are always returned.

Every single time was 45minutes-1 hour later than my scheduled appt.. I asked the secretary about this and she was very mean to me saying "if you don't like it, go somewhere else. She NEVER remembered my name or literally anything about me at all. She was rude, condescending, and gave poor advise. I had harmful side effects of a medication (head jolts, almost passing out) and when I FINALLY got ahold of her, all she said was "stop taking it." Terrible psychiatrist, go see someone else!

I'm copying some of these same issues the person before me did because it seems shes dropping her patients lately. anyone know why? Impossible to schedule an appointment. They never answer the phone, let alone return phone calls. Tried calling to get my medical records after being dropped as a patient with no explanation as to why. They wanted the address to send the records, too instead of me picking up my records. I would never recommend her to anyone. I was seeing her for over 10 years.

Impossible to schedule an appointment. They never answer the phone, let alone return phone calls. Their billing is slow and out dated. Prepare to get slapped with 3 visits worth of bills at once. have been seeing her for over 10 years. I would refer her to other people. I happen to like her. she is very candid and does help put problems "in there place", meaning some things are not as bad as they seem. she is more than willing to change meds or alter dosages. she does have her hands tied with the new laws regarding (opiates/benzos), but that is a state law. I have been to other doctors and verified this. I would not change even though she is a drive to get to.

I've done two appointments with her and both were at least 20 mins late. The second one I noticed she saw another person 5 mins into my actual session time and didn't get to see me until after 40 mins later. I wanted to reschedule, but it would've been 3 weeks out. The actual session seemed okay, but I felt like she was dismissive of my issues I was having and would say things like "that's not that bad" to the problems I was coming in for. Fortunately I have a way better therapist for my issues.

Needs to retire. Blatantly lied to me about a medication she has prescribed me for over 10 years. Was told I needed to get off of it due to new stricter laws. Telling me if I wanted to stay on it I would have to come in once a month and be urine tested. Lie. Found another psychiatrist who explained to me that I could still stay on the drug but would need to come in every 3 months. No urine tests unless there is suspicion of misuse. Last 3 months of my life sucked due to her and her neglect.

Never gets back to you on time, even for urgent matters. Receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. Always a long wait time. Usually 30-60 minutes from time of your scheduled appointment. Do not recommend.

Dr. Dale has been excellent. She is very professional, focused and direct. I have been going to her for years. I think she listens. She changes medication when necessary.

I had been warned about her condescending attitude; it's AWFUL. I was describing my symptoms to her, to a few of which she answered "that doesn't count." She attributed all my problems to my parents divorce and although that's definitely a part of it, I have other issues that contribute to my struggle. The original appointment is made for an hour, but I got not even 25 minutes with her. The only reason it took an hour is because she was behind. Wouldn't recommend her to anyone. Lacks compassion.

She's very knowledgeable in her field as well as being kind and supportive. I've been seeing for over 15 years and have never had anything but great care the entire time.
