Dr.Papadopoulos and his team at MetroDerm have been not only very professional and knowledgeable in their field, but also very thoughtful and kind in dealing with their patients. I recommend them to the highest degree.

Dr. Papadopolous performed Mohs surgery for a basal cell carcinoma on the side of my nose, a difficult and sensitive area. He was very patient and thorough, while trying to remove as little skin as possible until reaching the desired results, ultimately of a negative test. He has a wonderful personality, puts you at ease, and is a very skilled surgeon. His nursing staff and assistants were great too.

Grear advice and great care as usual.

Surgery exceeded my expectations to remove a skin cancer on my nose. Medical staff was very professional and caring. I appreciated Dr. Papadopoulos's expertise and extra effort in ensuring that the nasal passage was totally unrestricted after surgery. Thank you!

Dr. Is loud, rude, talks down to women. Practice set up appts and twice failed to have procedure on the schedule. Never apologetic. Expect to get blasted if that you point that out .

First rate operation and very pleased with individual service. I do recommend Dr. Papadopoulos to family and friends. I love his no nonsense approach about treatments and how he breaks down desired and expected results.

Dr. P is one of the best dermatologist I have encountered. He is also a very compassionate, empathetic, and honest man. He makes you feel more like he is your concerned friend, rather than his patient. I am 68 yes old, a physician myself, and have met 1000s of doctors in my life.

Live in another state and still return to Dr. P, whom is highly skilled and very capable even with complex mohs surgery. His personality is wonderful which adds to the great experience! Top notch practice, process and procedures. What every practice should strive to replicate. Never a bad visit or unpleasant staff member!

Such an amazing experience. Dr P was patient with my questions, explaining, and comforting me with the procedures.

Dr. Papadopoulos and staff are consummate professionals and very caring medical providers. I highly recommend this dermatological practice. Three months later: I just left Dr. Papadopoulos' office after a follow-up appointment and examination and once again I cannot find the words to express my satisfaction with his (and his staffs) professionalism and concern for his patients. Dr. P has treated me dozens of times over a period spanning two decades. I can personally attest to his compassion and the high quality of healthcare service he provides - every outcome is positively amazing. MetroDerm has a terrific staff and the best doctors! Dr. Papadopoulos has successfully removed many skin cancers from my sun-damaged skin over the years, and I have never had a problem!

Dr. Papadopoulos did a wonderful job on my recent surgical procedure on my arm. He made me feel at ease and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. No delay receiving appointment. Dr Papadopoulos was very professional, provided outstanding operational skill and asked frequently about pain concerns, etc. Actually, his expertise caused no pain and was the best care I have received undergoing Mohs surgery in the past 20 years. During that time period, I have undergone over 15 Mohs surgeries-lost count! He is the best and the attending staff were excellent. Very comfortable experience.

Dr P is awesome! I’ve been a patient for a long time. His innovative flap reconstruction procedure saved my nose after having the MOS surgery for a basal cell carcinoma. He has done a great job on all the many procedures he has perfect on me. Not only is he an exceptional doctor and surgeon, he is a wonderful man of integrity and kindness.

I cannot say enough good things about the excellent level of care and compassion I have received through the years from Dr. P and his PA Lee Coulter. From treatment for basil and squamous cell skin cancers over many years to my recent bout with melanoma I can truly say his reputation as one of the finest dermatologists in the Southeast is well deserved. I’m now in my 70’s and have been to my share of them through the years with mixed results. I found Dr. P by doing lots of “research” to find the best dermatologist I could, knowing it was going to become very important because of my family history with skin cancer. Real piece of mind comes with knowing you have the best team possible helping you catch it early.

Saved my life. Was suspicious of tiny dot that didn't have typical characteristics. No irregular shape, not raised etc... Did biopsy on dot that a previous doctor had told me "don't worry about it". A few days later Dr. Papadopoulos called me and said " I have some bad news it came back melanoma and I want you in for moes surgery right away". If not caught this would have spread and I would not be here today. This happened approximately 15 yrs ago.Also has done surgery on my face with no visible scarring. Truly cares about his patients. Excellent location, friendly staff with a spacious waiting area with distance seating for safety. Punctual and organized office environment. Dr P makes you feel like you are his only patient for the day... he is a great listener and takes his time to understand the situation and needs. When he performed moh’s surgery on my arm he made sure to know what sports I played so as to have minimal interference with my passions upon recovery. Beautiful work- barely noticeable. A patient for well over a decade and nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr P. and his team. I’m this day of rushed medical care where we can feel like a number, Dr P. is always warm and inviting for questions and conversation. I sincerely appreciate having his team as part of my safety net from the sun and Basel cell.

I My yearly exam appointment was December 21, 2020. I have been traveling 2 hours one way to see Dr. Papadopolous for 20 years now. He saved my life from being misdiagnosed by another doctor that treated me for 1 year incorrectly. I had to have major reconstruction facial surgery from the misdiagnosis. Dr. P did such an expert job no one can tell it. There is no other professional in his field that I trust but him.

Dr. "P" is personable, professional, experienced, and efficient. He has performed successful Mohs surgery on me 5 times and will absolutely be my doctor of choice for any future Mohs needs.

My husband and I go once a year to visit Dr. Popa. He examines our bodies thoroughly for any anomalies or abnormalities to the norm. We have been going here for years! If there is a problem, he catches and treats it thoroughly. We respect, highly, this amazing, professional physician!
