Dr. Kumar is great. He cares about you. I've been seeing to him for the last 3 years. He's sweet and kind and cares about how you feel.

Friendly staff. Dr. Kumar sits down and listens to his patients. He does not rush you in and out.

Dr Kumar is hands down my favorite Dr. and I have a lot! He has helped me through the worst parts of my life and is the ONLY Dr that has given me any relief for my pain. Never judges me. I’m always in and out too which is awesome for my time management. His awesome wife and his staff are always welcoming and helpful too. Can’t say enough great things about Dr Kumar. I have been going to Dr. Kumar for over 10 years. This man is a very companionate & caring person!!! I went to a different pain Mgmt Doctor & for several years & he was OVER MEDICATING me to where I was unable to function!!! Dr. Kumar slowly & comfortably started to wean me down to an acceptable dosage & my pain is controlled. I Thank Dr. Kumar from the bottom of my heart for his OUTSTANDING & PROFESSIONAL Care!!! I have been with Dr. Kumar since he started up here in the Santa Clarita Valley. Dr. Kumar is the best doctor that I have! He is very kind, understanding of your needs as a pain specialist and he genuinely cares about you and your family. At my last couple of appointments the first thing Dr. Kumar asked me was, “How is Mark”? (my husband has had 3 back surgeries) and then in to my appointment. Dr. Kumar is competent and compassionate doctor. I had stomach pain which kept me in the ER weekly, with his help I haven't been to the ER in over 8 months. Also, he handles my knee pain. I get shots of a gel in my knees. His technique is so good that you barely feel any pressure or pain on the joint. I give him an A+++++++++, he's great at what he does! Dr. Kumar is one of the most professional, caring and compassionate doctors I've ever seen. He understands the nature of my issues which are causing such pain and takes a fresh approach to solving these problems. His staff has always been polite and courteous toward me and my office visits are very pleasant. Bottom line, he's an excellent doctor who gets results for his patients.

Did not help my pain. 3 Epidurals didn't help. Though I was in a lot if pain while walking, would not give me a TEMPORARY handicap pass.

Dr. Kumar's office is extremely rude and unprofessional, especially his Office Manager (Wife). She hounds you for money, nominal amounts usually less than $50. Their office phones are rarely answered and calls are not returned. Recently, when I attempted to make an appointment, his staff member indicated the doctor was going on vacation and was not taking appointments for a month and half. When I explained a medication (non-narcotic topical lotion) refill was needed prior to his return, his staff indicated that was not possible and had a very lackadaisical attitude. I have now been attempting to obtain a copy of my records and have been unsuccessful to date. I suggest taking your business and pain management needs to a more caring and professional doctor and office. One of the most compassionate doctors ever. he treats my wife and has been a solid advocate and is very understanding and conservative with his treatments. He is not one predisposed to just write prescriptions and go. He is the most caring doctor ever!! I wouldn't be happy and comfortable without his help!! I used to take strong narcotics for my pain, but with Dr. Kumar's help, I am able to enjoy my life again!! My advice for people suffering, there are options out there, ask a lot of questions, if you are not happy with your current pain management methods, ask for options. I've been seeing Dr. Kumar for about four years now and am thankful for the care he has given me. He has helped me to keep my pain under control and has taught me how not to abuse pain medication. He always ask how I'm doing and answers any questions I may have. I think he is a very professional and personable doctor. I would recommend him to anyone.

I've been seeing Dr. Kumar for almost 4 years. He is a very skillful, kind and compassionate doctor. He will spend the time needed to give you the best outcome. He is a good listener.

I've been a patient of Dr Kumar for a while and if bother needs happening immediately then he's great. But his Simi office doesn't have a phone (seriously) so patients, Dr's or pharmacist's can't reach them. When I had a issue at the pharmacy and had to drive back to the office to find out what was going on and was told by the Dr that he couldn't take 2 min to make a phone call. Really? Not ok.
