His office waited until FOUR DAYS before my spinal surgery to contact and tell me that they are an out of network provider and that i needed to request an exception from my insurance, now i may have to reschedule this surgery ive been waiting for for over a year. im sure hes a great doctor. but this has caused me immense stress and anxiety and i am livid and terrified that i may not be able to have my surgery. Suffers from an insufferable God-Complex and incapable of making contact. Operated on my son who is developmentally challenged and was asked on numerous occasions, by my son, by the hospital administration and through a few direct phone messages from me (left at his main office) to please reach out to me. As of today (9 days after surgery, but prior to my son's release from the hospital), he has yet to do so.

He assisted in a 360 fusion. I ended up with a hernia from where he didn't stitch me up correctly before turning me over to lay on my stomach so that the orthopedic surgeon could finish placing and securing hardware thru my back.
