Dr. Thomas was an answer to prayer as we were looking for a neurologist with an opening for an appointment. My daughter was in severe pain due to Trigeminal Neuralgia. The drugs were not helping. If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Thomas ordered an MRI for my husband and failed to inform him of the finding of "suspicious for metastatic/neoplastic disease," although the radiologist had even notified her office that the results needed to be brought to Dr. Thomas' attention immediately. My husband had also requested the results of the MRI and did not receive them until after he was referred to a neurosurgeon. He was told by Dr. Thomas he could come pick up the results after seeing the neurosurgeon she referred him to. As an ordering physician, one would think she reads the results of the test she ordered. Instead, she referred him to a neurosurgeon who informed him of the finding and that he needed to see an oncologist.. When this matter of not being informed of the MRI results was brought to her attention by my husband, her response was she had sent an email to the neurosurgeon thanking him for noticing and hoping the bone scans show the lesion as benign. Sadly, it was Stage IV metastatic at that point. As a physician responsible for his care, I believe she had a duty to communicate test results, opinions, and make appropriate referrals, none of which was done under her care. BEWARE if you are having any testing done and make sure you receive the results in a timely manner, for that matter, make sure you even receive the results!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I really feel like Dr. Thomas listens to my concerns and cares.

I’ve been suffering from ankle pain for almost two years and seen every doctor under the sun with imaging that had no results. It was suggested to me that it could be nerve pain. I made an appointment and was told by a nurse before I even had my appointment “She can’t help you.” I told her I’m aware that there are nerves that effect the ankles such as sciatica or tarsal tunnel and I’m out of options/doctors to turn to. That I wanted to speak with her to help me see if it could be nerve pain. She said “well do you have tarsal tunnel?” I said no, but there have to be other tests or other nerves that can affect my ankles so severely. She told me if it’s sciatica then go see a back doctor and again she can’t help me. Are you really a doctor? Do you have to have other people diagnose your patients for you and you just do nerve tests? I couldn’t believe the lack of care/apathy toward my situation. She doesn’t even want to meet with me to talk about nerves it could be, tests we could maybe do, etc. just shoved me off on another doctor.

Love her. I feel very well taken care of. Wonderful demeanor and personality.

This doctors has THE BEST bedside manners!

Such a great doctor. My first impression of her made me feel so confident that was going to take care of me and my problem!

Dr Thomas is an excellent neurologist! My daughter is one of her patients and thoroughly explained her condition! I highly recommend seeing her for any neurological needs. Fantastic patient care!!!

Dr. Thomas is an excellent neurologist. I felt like she truly cared about me and finding a solution to my condition (epilepsy) through medications. I actually went the longest time without having a seizure thanks to her. However my epilepsy is intractable and required surgery, but I’ll always be thankful for the kindness and compassion of Dr. Thomas

Dr. Thomas is always trying to help find out what the problem is and how to dill with it.. I have been a patient of hers over 5 years ... She's all ways happy and let's you know she care

Being diagnosed with a chronic illness is bad, being disganosed and not know anything about your condition worse. I really appreciate the time Dr. Thomas took to invest in me as a human being to insure i was okay. Did i understand symptoms, how was medication/treatment, what lifestyle choices were being made. She wants to know you to better help you. She invest time in building a relationship because you a person who needs her care. Love this doctor and cannot giver higher remarks.
