Embraced with concern about my symptoms from the first visit. Lumbar surgery L4 to L5 minimally invasive with no pain at the 8 week mark. Very satisfied with not only the care...but the outcome...still recovering but optimistic I will be able to have a quantity of life I have not had in quite a while. Very easy to contact and speak to as well. Thank you Dr. Sahni!

Dr. Sahni treated my herniated disc in my neck. I was referred to him by my pain doctor and I am very happy with the treatment received. Dr. Sahni performed ACDF surgery on me and he took his time with several bone spurs in my spinal cord. If you are facing any kind of spine surgery, please consider him for your surgery needs.

i was involved in a vehicle car accident on 06/24/2019, after going from doctor to doctor, and no one really knowing or helping me with my back pain,i got recommended to dr desheed (dr sahni), from the first visit i was able to tell he knew what he was doing, i got schedule for a hernitaded disk surgery, and that really help my back, i am starting to feel much better.his a great doctor, very friendly and just great overall.

We were referred to Dr. Sahni because my previous doctor told me to give him a try. I have been living with a bad back for 30 years. 2 weeks ago I had surgery and ever since then, I have been getting better and better every day. Dr. Sahni was able to do exactly what he said he would do. Other doctors either weren't willing to try or tried things that didn't work. What amazes me is how fast my recovery has been.

I had a kyphoplasty procedure with Dr. Sahni. It worked really well and didn't hurt. Now, I have no pain. I am really happy I got the procedure done.

I'm 73 years old and I hurt my lower back drastically. I'm not sure how I did, but I couldn't walk or move or anything. The pain started at my lower back and went down to my left leg. I was really desperate because of the pain and I was afraid because I live alone. I thought my life was over. He told me that he could operate on me right away. I was worried about the surgery because it was on my spine, but I was more afraid of what would happen if I didn't have the surgery. I proceeded with the surgery and was surprised because I felt no pain afterwards. Dr. Sahni is a miracle man and I feel so blessed.

The staff was very friendly and pleasant, they cared about my health and recovery. They were very knowledgeable about the process and procedures performed. The staff was willing to take the time to educate you on the process. I was nervous about surgery but it was a success. My pain level was a 6-7 and the surgery lowered it down to a 2/10 and even no pain at all. I recovered in about 3 days. The surgery was a complete success and I would recommend it to anybody who needs it.

My husband is a patient of Dr. Sahni. We were not only treated with professionalism, but warmth and kindness. Dr Sahni is a doctor who listens to your problem and shows that he’s genuinely concerned. He makes sure you understand what he’s doing concerning your case. My husband had back surgery to correct his spinal problem. He’s well pleased with the operation! He had two previous back surgeries before meeting Dr. Sahni, but this surgery was less invasive and less painful! He says if the ratings went higher he would choose a higher rating!

I have to thank Dr Sahni with all my heart for his expertise and knowledge working on my daughters neck surgery. Due to that part of her pain, she is now pain free. One down and 2 to do. As for me. He knew exactly what to do for me and so far it is working wonderfully. We feel so grateful we were referred to Dr Sahni. One more mention. He has a great staff and he has the most delightful wife who all but runs his office. What a kind lady she is. Always there when needed. And we needed her plenty after Christines surgery. The staff is very friendly, and they attend you very quickly, they also. Did I mention they have the cutest mascot in the world, a little pup named tiger!!

I had been treating with several doctors for more than 6 months and Dr. Sahni was able to get the correct test's that I needed to determine the next course of action. He was very detailed and explained what was happening with me and gave me a course of action that would be beneficial. He is a no nonsense person with the drive to get you an answer. I would highly recommend him if you have been given the run around and you need answers.

when we came to see Dr. Sahni we were so happy with him. He really cares about his patients and made us feel safe in his care. my husband was in bad shape and getting the run around from other places he had been seen at. Everyone here has gone out of their way to make sure my husband received the best care possible. We will be foever grateful for all the kindness and best care he has received here.

I was rear ended by an eighteen wheeler and had several injuries. The worst was my back which ended up requiring a fusion of the lumbar at 3-4. Thankfully I found Dr. Sahni. He performed the minimally invasive surgery. I'm at 4 months in to recovery and doing well and could not ask for better results. He has a caring staff that checked on me regularly. If you need a Great Doctor and staff that understands your pain and knows how to address it I would highly recommend Dr. Sahni as he is the best in my opinion.

I am very disappointed with Dr Sanhi’s care. I had multi level ACDF surgery. It was a very stressful and scary experience. He spends very little time with his patients. I did not see him at all the morning of my surgery. I saw him for the first time two days after my surgery for about three minutes. I have now gone to another doctor for a second opinion of my pain that continues since before my surgery. There is a world of difference in how I am being treated. I drove 4 1/2 hours each way to see Dr Sanhi during the time I was in his care only to spend about three minutes with him each visit. Sometimes I would have to wait two hours to see him in his office. His only saving grace is his wonderful wife who is his office manager. She is very caring and helpful. His office staff is very incompetent and do not return your phone calls or take care of any thing that you asked them to do. I had to call multiple times to accomplish anything. My experience with him was very scary!

Dr. Sahni is a well-trained and compassionate surgeon and physician. He worked tirelessly on my behalf to help me get the treatment I needed for my spine.

I felt totally confident in Dr. Sahni's expertise. He is caring, smart, detailed, driven and compassionate. Immediately after surgery, I felt successful progresss with my issues. The staff was also very friendly, helpful and competent. I would recommend Dr. Sahni in a heartbeat.

My 88 y.o. Mom was referred to Dr Sahni by an ER doc. She had fallen a suffered a new L1 compression fracture and had an old T12 fracture. She had been miserably in pain (difficulty in and out of bed, chair, car...often crying) for a couple of weeks. The doctor and his staff were kind and knowledgeable. She was seen and then scheduled for the next surgery date available. She had a kyphoplasty done outpatient...in and out in about 3 hours total (~30mins for the actual procedure under IV sedation). We could tell immediately that she had some relief! She could move and get out of the bed and chairs much easier and with very little soreness! It is now 5 days since that procedure and she keeps improving daily and walked for 45 minutes today! Dr. Sahni and staff were patient and helpful throughout the whole process. We were unsure how things would turn out but needed to do something to help with Mom’s pain. Would highly recommend this doctor!

Dr. Sahni is very knowledgable. He is very caring and concerned about his patients' well being. He makes you feel like you're not only his patient, but also his buddy. He's straight to the point and very efficient in answering all your questions.

My mother had a cervical fusion by Dr. Sahni and oddly I needed a fusion for my lower back one year later. I had already been referred to a surgeon, but my mom insisted Dr. Sahni is the best. My first appointment was honestly the best experience I've had as a patient. They offered snacks, drinks and staff were constantly making sure you were comfortable. Most importantly Dr. Sahni is compassionate, he listens and he's not egotistical! Dr. Sahni would by far be the first recommendation if someone is having any issues with their spine.

Dr Sahni performed emergency surgery on my spine, a very bad and dangerous fracture. He and his staff have taken excellent care of me during my recovery. He is professional, caring and never once made me feel I was not welcome in his office. I could have found a pain clinic to meet my needs, I do not trust anyone else to take care of me. As many surgeons, you have to understand they're busy especially trauma doctors! Yes sometimes there is a wait during my visit but his office staff makes you feel very welcomed! A+ for Netflix, breakfast tacos and snacks! Dr. Sahni cares about my needs and always makes sure that I am taken care of. Hes quick and gets to the point. I wouldn't put my health in anyone else's hands but HIS!

I love going to see Dr. Sahni. The newer patients leave these bad comments but their office has been transitioning and try their hardest to make you feel comfortable. I am always joking with Jessica and the new one briana. Don’t let these bad reviews scare you because he cares so much about his patients. He is a joke! Waited 1 hr to see him for 5 min. Diagnosed without imaging. Tried to hook us in with HIS pain management and HIS chiro and HIS imaging! Said he did not need to see us back. Quack! Disappointed in St. David’s ER referring us to him. Office run down. Staff pathetic. Stay away from this office. If ER refers ask for another referral. Pray you never have emergency surgery ..this quack will be operating on you!

Had a consult with him regarding possible 2 level neck fusion. He only gave me 5 minutes of his time and was not willing to hear all my questions and concerns.

Fell early morning seen by ER doctor admitted by hospitalist Put in brace/ given pain medication. Compression fracture on T1. Next day admitting dr encouraged, home, wearing brace for 7weeks. Dr. Sanji recomended procedure that took 20 minutes with tiny incision, Pain so bad, couldn't turn. Decided on surgery, walked that night, home next day. Wear brace 2 weeks, something for pain and visit in 2 weeks Really listens and talks with you. BEST DECISION!! Up and about, in PT doing well.

One of the most intelligent and compassionate doctors I have ever met- he comes with flying colors and high recommendations!
