Had a good experience, nurses were very helpful, the Goodman and Campbell staff were great, they took good care of me, Dr Wilson your the best.

Would go nowhere else.. always treated with respect, professionalism and caring

I was nervous but everyone put me at ease. Everyone was so nice and friendly.

Everyone was very kind and answered all my questions. I could tell they genuinely cared about helping my pain and resolving my back pain.

Your office is clean and your people have to be the very best. I am happy with the doctors and helping personal.

The entire staff, Dr Wilson included, are warm, knowledgeable professional and teach each step of the way. We have had nothing but the very best of care from their office on many occasions. He also sees our adult son who has a Traumatic Brain Injury and they always make certain he is not ever left wondering what's happening next!

So far everything has went great. staff is awesome from check in to check out they have explained everything very well and I feel informed on what’s happening. Just had injections in my back and as of now I feel good just hoping they work. If they don’t have been informed that they are as dionagstic as well as a fix to the problem.

I was there to see Dr. Wilson for a nerve block. The nurses are always kind & compassionate and Dr. Wilson is so nice to me every time I've been there. I appreciate all the staff and wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my pain management.

Everyone was so hospitable and kind. Jess was very informative and calmed my anxiety! Dr. Wilson and his “Prep team” were phenomenal and so professional. This was my first spinal injection and I had no idea what to expect, I assumed it would be a painful and dreadful experience….. boy was I wrong!

Staff is personable and caring. They remember you, ask about your family, and take an interest in making you at ease. Dr. Wilson takes time to speak with you, makes you feel comfortable to ask questions and communicates with you during your injections. He also takes care to do his job quickly yet efficiently to minimize pain.

This is truly a top notch medical organization. Everything and everyone is very professional and caring. The only negative I could mention is that I was unable to complete the admission paperwork prior to being called back. to meet with Rachel. However.I did have a rather lengthy wait to be taken for my x-ray, which I didn’t mind. However, I could have had time during that period, but wasn’t given that option to complete my paperwork during my wait. It was not a deal breaker, although I then had to stay longer just to finish my paperwork and was tired and had a long drive home, so would have been better to be able to complete the paperwork while I did have a longer wait for the x-ray, as I was getting tired after all of the procedures. Just a suggestion for staff to realize to mention that I could have been able to complete the paperwork prior to the x-ray, then having to be there even after all procedures were completed. I had a great experience with Dr. Wilson and staff. They were professional, friendly,and timely. I definitely recommend their office for any needs you may have.

I have received injections in my cervical and lumbar back numerous times in the last 3 years. Dr Wilson is very skilled and knowledgeable with injections for back pain. I have had excellent results. Office staff from the front desk, to the medical assistant, nurse and X-ray technician are pleasant and efficient.

From the people who answer the phone when you make the appointment to the staff that welcome you when you arrive, they are all very professional and courteous. My appointment time was at 3pm and at 3pm I was called back to see the doctor. The doctor and his nurses were very welcoming and made sure all of my questions were addressed.

Very friendly and caring staff, the doctor was clear with the procedure explanations, the expectations from it and the home care I should take. Dr. Wilson sat and talked with me and genuinely seemed to want to get to the root of my back and leg pain.

I was treated politely and professionally. My appointment was at 1:30 pm and I was called back to a waiting room about minutes 4 minutes before that time. The office help was very courteous and considerate. Dr. Wilson and his assistants were all very caring and professional. I have had several selective nerve root injections and have been very satisfied with the results! Thank you to all the office assistants , associates, and Dr. Wilson . Bless all of you!

Dr. Wilson's NP was knowledgeable and professional. However, she spoke so fast and unloaded a lot of information on me I became a bit overwhelmed. She was so fast there wasn't time to offer any empathy, not that I was asking for any. One just expects certain attributes from a pain NP. Her examination was quick, but never felt or looked at my back. I was under the impression Dr. Wilson was going to examine me, but he just popped in to say hello, I guess. I am suffering severe occipital nerve pain & pain in my neck. Made appointment with nurse practitioner for Dr. Wilson. The kindness & compassion for my painful situation began at check in. After I was questioned & evaluated in the perfect manner I got to meet Dr. Wilson. He is very patient & thorough in explaining procedure. I was so fortunate that he could give me an injection TODAY for my pain. He is not hurried & really cares about helping you feel better. Received a lumbar nerve block. Scheduling was easy, (referred by Dr. Potts) and the appointment was right on time. Besides Dr. Wilson, I also want to commend his staff…everyone was very kind, professional and caring. Today is the first day in 10 months that I have not been in pain! I highly recommend Dr. Wilson, Dr. Potts (my neurosurgeon) and the Goodman-Campbell team.
