Dr. Derrick B Castro

Dr. Castro is an Amazing Dental doctor and his office staff is Stellar!!! Broke a back molar that had to be taken out and a implant set. Nearly painless and healed beautifully. Do not have enough praise or thank you’s for such wonderful work.

I moved to a different state almost 4 years ago. I still drive back to Chico California if I have dental work to do. I love him and everyone in his office. They do a wonderful job, and I am not afraid to go to him. I have had some experiences elsewhere and will only have him work on me from here on out.

I needed to have major oral surgery. I was new to the area and accepted a referral from an acquaintance who has known Dr. Castro for many years. The surgery went exceptionally well. After 2 years there have been no issues and my regular dentist has been amazed at the results. I have continued to use Dr. Castro's hygienist appointments, alternating with my regular dentist. Dr. Castro's staff is ultra precise in everything they do.

Dr. Castro is great.

He took me in when I went to dental school and when he was residency in Maryland. He’s a top notch guy, with a great family, and with tons of experience and superb skills in dentistry (Periodontics)! We miss you guys.

I can not thank these fine people for taking me in after a complication with a dentists work. The situation was causing great pain and they took me in after hours to inspect the problem. I needed surgery right away, that went into the late evening. I was very lucky to end up in their hands. I am rating this fine business full of skilled hands like Dr. Derek Castro with 5 stars. His expert hands are to be trusted. I can not say how thankful I am to have been treated by him. He went above and beyond for me and I will never forget that favor. Your a good man Derek! He is the Best! Highly recommend this great dentist in every aspect!

Dr. Castro is VERY through and caring. If need be, he will take extra time to complete issues. I would go to him again without hesitation if ever I move back to Chico.

Dr. Castro was a great listener, caring, knowledgeable, and skilled (he saved my teeth). Definitely recommend him. And his staff was GREAT!

I had some very sensitive work done with Dr. Castro and his staff and I can honestly say I felt no pain at all. The follow up was great and I had a little concern on New Years Day and Dr. Castro and his wife told me to come in so they could see if there was anything to be concerned about...which there wasn't.
