Through and gentle

Excellent care!

When you move to another city, you try to find doctors and dentists that equal what you left behind. In my case, this was impossible. Dr. Scott and his staff have always taken the best care of me and made me feel comfortable and confident - no matter what I needed to have done. Their warm welcome and comforting care will always be worth the 4 hour drive back to their office. Thank you guys for taking such great care of me.

The staff is always amazing. They are all so helpful, explain in detail and make you feel so comfortable.

Dr. Scott and team were very welcoming and friendly. Everyone that I interacted with knew their job very well. Dr. Scott himself is excellent at explaining basic tooth structure as well as procedures that need to be taken to ensure good oral health. The practice is not only tastefully decorated but is absolutely immaculate which is reassuring.

Dr. Scott is the best dentist that I have ever been to. He is a caring professional with exceptional skills and an outstanding staff. He takes the time to make sure that your teeth are in a much better place when you leave. He is the best of the best.

Upon returning to the Kingwood, TX area after living out of state, a dear friend suggested I consider Dr. Derek Scott’s office for my dental needs. I must say I have not been disappointed. Dr. Scott’s staff is friendly and very accommodating regarding my particular scheduling needs. Dr. Scott is very detailed in his explanations regarding care that is needed and available during emergencies. My entire family has been patients of Dr. Scott for many years. Even when different members have relocated we always go to Dr. Scott. He and his staff are polite, very respectfully and courteous, and effecient. A blessing to have found Dr. Scott. Thank you all.

I was acknowledged as soon as we walked into the office by numerous employees at 6:55am. That was truly welcoming! The staff took time to answer all questions we had about why I was there. Dr Derek Scott very professional yet down to earth, very knowledgeable, listens to patients needs and questions and answers them with an easy understanding. Its a great atmosphere in his office the staff is friendly and attentive to the patients, I recommend Dr Derek Scott as a Denist/TMJ specialist .

I was recently trying to make my appointment, Tonya answered the phone while I was asking her questions she was a bit rude with her tone I don’t know why....she asked me if she could put me on hold because she’s with her patient. I did not like how she’s was talking me thanks but no thanks.

I can't express how much I appreciate Dr. Scott and his staff. When I first stepped foot in his office, I had a serious infection and was basically in for a long haul, and that is not an understatement. Dr. Scott working through my treatment plan, always giving me details as to what needed to take place while giving me such peace as to what was happening next. Tonya, the Treatment Coordinator is amazing to make sure all my appointments were met to my needs. I can tell you....if you are worried about seeing a dentist, scared of a dentist, or one that has never given detail, you have no worry when you are in this office as Dr. Scott is the BEST, hands down! He is a perfectionist and my results are perfect. My only regret, is not finding him sooner. It was a wonderful experience but the summation of treatment plan and priorities were a bit jumbled for me. Just a more concise summary with timing by Dr Scott would have been clearer to me before I checked out. I look forward to working with this effective team in my dental needs.
