Dr. Jones performed my septoplasty and latera implants. I had very minimal pain after the surgery. So many people I talked to who've had this done said the pain was terrible. Well that was not the case with Dr. Jones. I had very minimal pain after the surgery. I'm six weeks out and am very happy! I can breathe so much better and my husband says I don't snore anymore. Dr. Jones staff are very efficient and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Jones!

Amazing service great staff worked well only problem I had was my insurance but they handled it perfectly went through 7 hr surgery with doctor jones and I came a day earlier for an appointment by my mistake and they still fit me in I don’t usually write reviews but he deserves one great place highly recommend !

Waited an HOUR AND 20 minutes for NO ONE to stop and say hey were running EXTREMELY LATE. Absolutely Ridiculous.

Never followed up on care. I tried several times and didnt return call.

Dr Jones is a amazing doctor. I highly recommend him. He rebuilt the entire left side of my nose after I had skin cancer removed. People I have told about the surgery cant believe it. You cant even tell I had anything done.

Dr. Jones is wonderful! He is so personable and does excellent work!! I highly recommend Dr. Jones and his staff!

Results were exactly what I was looking for. Dr. Jones was thorough, gentle, and took the extra time to really listen to my needs. Excellent bed-side manner with a knowledgeable staff. I will definitely go back.

Dr jones is the best. Hes not like most doctors. He really cares about what he does . And is sincere and serious about what he does. Hes been my doctor for alot of years and I'm just 40 years old. He saved my life by getting a trachea in my throat. He went all out for me . Didnt give up. They tried one but it didn't fit. Then he had to get another one from somewhere else. But he didnt give up. Dr. Jones is my hero! His expertise and talent have taken years off my face and neck! And, he has a great bedside manner. He listens, answers questions and is very easy to talk with. I am beyond happy with him and his fabulous staff! Everyone I have had contact with at his office has gone above and beyond to treat and care for me. Andrea, in particular, has been a tremendous help with “everything”! I would recommend Dr. Jones for cosmetic surgery and allergy treatment. He is great!

Dr. Jones is an excellent doctor. He takes a careful history and listens to patents’ concerns. I had a problem that 2 other ENT physicians missed. Dr. Jones properly diagnosed it.

Dr. Jones is amazing! He removed a large mole from my lower lip that I had had since I was a kid and was afraid to remove because multiple doctors told me that removal would mess up the contour of my lip. A month later, you could not tell he had excised it. Immaculate sutures (a medical friend of mine attended the procedure). If I could give 6 stars, I would.

I don't understand how this Dr. could get a one star review?! He is amazingly kind, patient, thoughtful and a skilled surgeon. He found cancer in my tonsil that a PET scan couldn't find!!

Dr Jones listened to my concerns, and spent a great deal of time asking questions, answering my questions, explaining my condition, and expectations I should have during my recovery and beyond. I could tell that he was an ethical physician, and was not willing to do anything radical in my appearance. His office staff and surgery team were very professional and made me feel that my comfort during visits, surgery and recovery process were important in their efforts. I highly recommend Dr. Jones!
