Terrible bedside manner. Tells patients with moderate symptoms to dispose of their cats

Years ago Dr. Ayo had a good practice and I liked him, but things have really changed, he’s rude and angry and very unprofessional, his staff are incompetent and I received no care when I went to them.

Always courteous & get you in QUICKLY (like 2 days!) He listens, runs nec’y tests & offers solutions

I was referred to Dr. Ayo after symptoms of pneumonia wouldn’t go away for weeks. He took the time to listen to me and asked the exact right question to diagnose the cause. I’m extremely grateful for his attention to detail and for his hard-working staff that have helped get me the treatment I need. I can’t recommend them enough.

Dr Ayo and most of his staff is wonderful. Kathy on the other hand has been nothing but down right rude every time I have spoken to her.

Dr. Ayo and his staff were excellent! They were able to squeeze me in before Christmas (due to a cancelation), schedule a CT scan, and squeeze me in for a follow up the next day!! What doctor does that!?!? Two weeks later, I was over my issue thanks to him. He took the time to listen to me and really cares about his patients.

Dr. Ayo is absolutely wonderful!!

This office is awesome, I complete a sleep study here and the whole office was professional. I even had difficulty getting a machine from a rep they told me about and they took the reigns to contact the rep and the company to get me squared away. They take pride in their business and it shows!!!!

I liked both the physician assistant and the doctor. They are very thorough to make sure all aspects of your healthcare is covered Saw a different assistant and not thrilled with her. For two years I was seeing him Dr. Dereje Ayo for my asthma and every month I got a steroid shot. And sometimes even two times a month. I have glaucoma and today I saw an eye specialist and my eyes were getting worse because I had too many steroids in my body, and because of this I'm getting surgery. Dr Ayo is excellent. Been seeing him for about 3 months for my IPF he listens to my concerns very easy to talk to. I will recomend him. Great Doctor.

I visited Dr. Ayo on 20 Mar 2019, for a pulmonary consultation to clear me for major Prostate surgery. Under the law I am entitled to get a copy of the consultation, but the office manager (Melody) refuses to provide the data by FAX, email or a hard copy in the mail after numerous phone calls over a three week period. So far, the excuses mount up, like the wrong FAX number was used or we were out of stamps, or we are at a different office. My surgery doctor also called with no result.

I was a first time patient with Dr. Ayo; and from the first phone call to set up an appointment to my visits I can only say "Outstanding". I felt compassion, concern, sincerity, genuine humbleness, friendliness, extreme courteousness, from Dr. Ayo as well as his nurse and receptionist. This type of service is non existent in the medical field. With people coming to see Dr. Ayo who are in dire need of help you couldn't ask for a better place where they take a sincere personal interest in you.

We just moved here from Florida in December and he was recommended to us and he is a Excellent Doctor.

I was told to come in for a free consultation. They do not appear to be professionally set up. I was charged 169.00 for a consultation without being informed. When I saw the doctor it took all of 5 minutes to ask a few questions and then wanted to set me up for a sleep study that would be well over 1000.00. No thank you. I had to call the office back and charles told me on recording some consultations are free but looks like I was charged. You think?? The billing office is rude to deal with also
