Dr Wen is a very caring and patient man. Appreciate everything he does for St Joseph Hospital Elgin.

Dr. Wen took care of our daughter's surgery after she was diagnosed with a bad compression in her neck. From the initial phone call the office staff was absolutely fabulous. Dr. Wen spent a whole hour explaining the complexity of the surgery and the risks. He answered every question and did NOT dismiss them or rush them in any way. Staff returned every call promptly and with the upmost sincerity. Extremely caring, compassionate staff and doctor. Highly skilled and highly recommend. I could not imagine such a wonderful experience with such a serious issue.

13 years ago I was referred to Dr Wen for a ruptured pituitary adenoma. While Dr Wen performed no surgery for me, he set me on a path that I couldn’t have done without him.

Circumstances beyond our control we were late getting to the office, having to stop at the hospital for imaging ( which I was told was waiting for us ) when we arrived, we were told they mis-placed our records would have them done ASAP, half hour later we were greeted by a extremely rude receptionist who,while I was explaining the mix up at the hospital closed the glass door in my face,second apt on the phone.to which I had to cancel due to illness, she rude as ever, no new apt .

Dr. Wenn just assisted my pain management dr. with implanting my new medical pump. He is excellent.
