I had two positive Covid tests and contacted Dr. Ward, my PCP! I have a bad cough and wanted to talk to Dr. Ward about my cough and options, because of my underlying health conditions! It seems to me that he never checked my chart, because his assistant called me back to say that I should take OTC cough syrup! I didn’t know that they offer Telehealth, and the staff never offered it to me! And every time I came to the office, they have new staff members! High turn over! The manager blames everything on miscommunication and was more concerned if I contacted a doctor from Mercy Health and if I am leaving or staying! You are not in good hands that’s my impression!

Dr. Ward is the most amazing doctor. He cares about me, my health, and my overall well-being. He listens and he cares! I highly recommend Dr. Ward!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ward for years. He always listens to my opinions respectfully and answers questions thoroughly listing pros and cons of my ideas. I have lost nearly 50 pounds with his gentle encouragement and hope to soon be off all meds soon. He is a rock!

They are always running 30-45 minutes behind on their appointments. It’s unprofessional and rude. If you’re late for an appointment they want to charge you or cancel, but they don’t care about making you sit and wait for extend periods of time.

Reception is always warm and welcoming. Staff is professional and caring. Dr Ward is a fantastic doctor. He listens to his patients and is extremely caring and the best physician I have ever had!

Had a very bad experience with the receptionist this morning. Very uncaring, insensitive and unhelpful in a time of need.

I have been going to them for nearly 15yrs. Staff is incredibly warm & helpful. They aways get you back fast and always take the time to really listen to you. It's great, especially in this day & age, to know that there are still doctors & nurses who genuinely care about their pateints.

Dr.Ward is a excellent Dr. He listens and answered all of my questions and was very pleasant to be around. I feel very confident in him, he definitely knows his business. I just wish he had been my Dr. years ago!
