Dr.ulrich is the best doctor they are but hospital can’t seem to reach him if necessary

Had severe stomach cramps along with throwing up for three days zofran wpukdmt help and he refused to give phenerghan. Confused doctor. Can’t keep up with who you are and doesn’t want to treat symptoms. Have to get referral every time. Very dissatisfied. If your a man you’ll get better service than any woman. Know from experience. Dr. Ulrich is 100% a self-serving terrible human being! This man has no human qualities whatsoever! His relative Judy, that sits at the front window, is just as bad, with no customer service skills. She is a very RUDE and UGLY person! You'll get better health-care from a sewer rat than you will these two people!

Dr is the best around but can’t say much for the staff that takes care of FMLA INSURANCE N REFERRALS. I have to pay to go and then I have to pay again to tell dr ulrich which is what will be done as son as I get back in there. But DR. Is the best been my daughters dr since 6 months old and she is now 21 n still goes to him. I will not condemn him for the staff he has a big heart. Dr. Ulrich , has been my Dr. for yrs. He is a great Dr. He's very polite and understanding , He gets to the bottom of finding all my health problems . He's just a wonderful Dr. Period

Staff was clueless as to whether or not my insurance took, didn’t know who was taking my appointment, and then when I get back there the nursing aid cracked a smile over my issue which was then followed up by the most pathetic check up, and the absolute biggest waste of time and money. I didn’t get the chance to meet Dr. Ulrich so I can’t say much for him, but I can gurentee you the rest of them in that place are a joke. Do yourself a favor and just go to Urgent Care like I should’ve done. Had dental work done, several complications, but all is well now.. Also new set seems to be in his office.

Called and got in on the same day, he is a wonderful Dr.

Dr. Ulrich is the best. He is in our small town of East Bernstadt. Any time I have been really sick he has not stopped until he got to the bottom of my health problems.
