Friendly staff, friendly nurses, terrific doctor. I have never once had a problem at Dr Robinson's office. The nurses are very knowledgeable and make you feel at home. Dr Robinson is very knowledgeable as well and always open to answer any questions I may have. I let him do his job as a doctor and he is very good at what he does. Dr. Robinson has been my dr for about 25 years and has always done an amazing job! Hes the only Dr ive been able to find that actually LISTENS to me and my concerns. Hes amazing❤️

This is the in-network provider recommended to me, but I called to set up an appointment for a new patient with flu shot and they turned me away with a “go to walgreens or walmart.” I will not be recommending them to anyone!

doesn't see patients before prescribing medication, takes urine samples from family member without seeing the patient and gives antibiotics who is getting the prescription only the person who picked it up knows, isn't that against the law, takes them off medication on the say so of family without seeing the patient even when the patient has been on the medication for high blood pressure. What kind of Dr. does that especially if its an elder patient. He also deemed my mother as having dementia without any testing or seeing her he just took my sisters say so and wrote in her files now my mom has no say on her well fare and neither does anyone else in our family. Said family member has life insurance policy on her guess he's trying to help her collect.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Robinson since 1989. We find him to always give a correct and speedy diagnosis with helpful treatment and advice. We like his manner and truthfulness. We have gone to specialists that were more expensive and gave incorrect diagnoses and usually find we end up back in his office for his advice. Dr. Robinson has always been very respectful, and listens to my concerns. He is very proactive in his approach. My daughters and my siblings go to him, he has been literally a life saver!!

I refuse to be yelled at by a doctor for asking a question about a lab he didn't run that is normally ran for an autoimmune disease I was diagnosed with 3 yrs ago in Texas! He yelled at me telling me to let him do his job the way he wants to do his job!!! I was in tears,thank God my husband was there to witness it. It was hard for him to to get up and punch the dr for talking to me that way. I didn't get a welcome vibe from him my 1st visit,this was my 2nd and last. That was last month. Dr. Robinson is one of the few, true family doctors. I'm the third generation of patients that were fortunate enough to be in his care. I appreciate his soft spoken, listening demeanor. My whole family used this Dr for a long time. I only stopped going because I moved 3 hours away. He was kind, and he made sure you were taken care of. I never had a problem feeling unwelcome or mistreated. Amazing dr and the nurses always made me feel better about getting my blood drawn because I have AWFUL tiny veins even when I drink tons of water. They are all amazing. I have been a patient of Dr Robinson For 20 plus years. He has always been caring, considerate and patient through all my questions, even the stupid ones, and concerns. I am grateful for his patience and time.He talks with me, not at me or down to me. I have recently been hospitalized & the nurses would explain after the doctor Quickly finished and moved onto the next patient. When your opinion isn't welcome and you have been told to shut up and let someone do their job, when this person has actually yelled at you and has made no attempt to get to the root of a issue instead of thinking your neurotic and a hypo, I can't in good conscience recommend him to anyone. When I have to remind THEM to do any necessary blood work, this is not someone with whom you should not only not trust your health with, but that of my four year old child. I will be seeking someone a bit more professional and sensitive to their patients needs in the near future. How you may be treated isn't how we all are. Its not good healthcare. Avoid this place. My husband and I have been patients of Dennis Robinson for 25+ years. Great doctor. Listen when you tell him what you feel is your problem instead of going around everything you just said cuz he's the doctor and will tell you what's wrong. Down to earth with a great staff! Ellen Hansen

Dr. Robinson is a jerk. I called on a Friday afternoon because my husband wasn't going to make it to his Monday appointment because of work and he needed his medication. His answering service said he doesn't work but they would have him call me...he called very angry and laughed at me while almost yelling,I cant help you, I'm at lake of the Ozarks! Call the office Monday! And hung up on me. When my husband went to his new appointment, Dr. Robinson told my husband to find a new dr.
