Being new to pain management Dr. McCoy was very helpful, being a smoker trying to quit had a sip of cough syrup for sour throat came up positive for morphine did bloodwork very small amount all was good never did it again, hurt my back saw Bridgewater next 2 visit kept giving me my script made next appointment with Dr. McCoy order MRI had a follow up in 3 weeks MRI didn't get scheduled until after follow up I had to call every week to see if it was scheduled never heard back from staff on my appointment was told I tested positive for hydrocodone knew I hadn't. After leaving his office with new script in hand headed to my next doctor's appointment, while waiting noticed my lab work sheet from Dr. McCoy had my name but the wrong prescribed medication so I called that afternoon and talked to Jess which he tried to suggest reason why and how I tested positive for hydrocodone, but told me today's test was good I'm still concerned about the other medication I'm not prescribed didn't have a blood test done there but for some reason couldn't make him understand my concern. Heard from Dr.McCoy's office after looking at MRI at which paper work was never sent to Desoto Imaging waited 1 and half hours till someone could fax information, according to the nurse that called me.Dr. Bridgewater said I needed to see a neurosurgeon as soon as possible, so I assumed they would make the appointment for me after calling a few times was told Dr. McCoy was out of town and would be back in a couple of weeks. Next thing I know I receive a letter stating that I could no longer be seen by either doctor due to a street drug in my system that I'm not prescribed and suggested that I find a new pain management right away. My point is don't ask for anything other then your script or scripts cause evidently that's all that gets done. Funny how 45 minutes after testing positive for a street drug at Dr. Mccoy's office I had a clean urine test and nothing in my blood other then my prescribed medication at the other doctors office. Hes a great Doctor

everyone at the office is very nice!!! I always have a comfortable visit there, where i have been going for 5 years, I have gotten to know most of everyone's name .. I feel very welcome!!!!

Dr McCoy is a great Dr. He listens very understanding . I like his caring and honesty! I want to thank the staff --- you guys are AWSOM!

I went to Dr McCoy's office reluctant because of a prior misdiagnosis by a different doctor. The entire experience with Dr McCoy's office was absolutely amazing!!!!!!

I have had severe pain (sciatica+) for over 10 years. I lost my original doctor due to illness, and was really worried about finding a group of doctors but the last six months have been the best I've had since my last surgery. I feel like they really care: I've found the staff to be extremely nice and professional. I have hope that thing can be better, something I had lost.

DR. MCCOY WAS VERY NICE AND THOROUGH IN MY EVALUATION AND PLAN FOR PAIN MANAGEMENT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HIM.

I felt as though I was being treated as a drug addict. I am 65 years old, and had my spinal cord cut into which left me partially paralyzed, and in incredible pain. Meeting Dennis McCoy was extremely unpleasant. We spoke for a few minutes. I simply asked if my dose of morphine sulphate could be raised, and he went into a tirade and acted extremely immature, and said he would be right back. He never came back so I left, and I had to go through withdrawals. This place is a SHAM DON"T GO THERE!

Dr. McCoy and Jovie are very nice and take the time to listen to what you're saying. Office always clean staff just as nice.

Dr. McCoy seems concerned for my well being. I have been a patient for 6 years now. My very first appointment with him he said if you listen to me and take your meds as prescribed and be honest with me, we'll get along just finedon't bother asking for something particular, it aunt happening. Do Not go to this clinic if your attentions are to get a fix. They electronically track your scripts and all doctors you see. He will prescribe the lowest possible dose and work from there.
