Missed an appointment because of my disability. Was given no accommodation and told they were refusing to see me. Don't go if you might have difficulty making an appointment because of a disability. Very unaccommodating & discriminatory. Sad.

You will waste your money to be seen for 4 minutes. I went due to pain in my ears and he said nothing was wrong and recommended a hearing test (I'm sure just to get more money) I went to see a PCP the NEXT MORNING, I had 2 major ear infections, fluid in my ears, and extreme redness. Dr.Lee not once said anything about an ear infection in either one of my ears. He got his $40 co-pay and said nothing was wrong. Find another doctor because he does not care. They refused a refund but I've contacted my bank. Another money hungry doctor.

Dr Lee has been my ENT doctor for many years. I value the doctor-patient relationship I have with him not only because of his expert skill, credentials, and reputation but also because of his wonderful bedside manner. Based on my long experience under his care I trust him completely and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him along with his wonderful, warm, and helpful staff to others.

I saw Dr Lee for for surgical procedure in my mouth. He and his staff were great throughout the entire process. He was very informative in explaining the procedure and answering my questions which put me at ease. The procedure went great and took care of my issue. I would recommend Dr Lee and his staff to anyone and really appreciate them.

Dr Lee is amazing! Took so much time with my husband for his first appt and was incredibly thorough! Office staff wonderful and got him in the same day he was having an issue. Can’t say enough about this office and provider. If you need a great ENT look no further!

Dr. Lee is a great ENT! My family and I have seen him several times and he is always willing to see us in a timely manner and is very informative about your diagnosis. His staff is also very friendly and willing to help!

Horrible doctor! Went in for severe ear pain due to sinuses. Lectured me for drinking soda. Said he would not treat me until I stopped drinking soda. Did give me antibiotics for sinusitis and ear infection, tho. Billed me for a procedure that wasn’t done!!

His choice of treatment didn’t work for me for my fungal infection and I lost little bit of hearing

Quite possibly the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. They bill insurance and you for procedures they’ve never done, atleast an hour wait to see the doctor, office staff is very rude and condescending, the doctor acted like he didn’t even care about the appointments.

Heres what I look for in my doctor. 1. Education and training. Dr. Lee is University of Chicago graduate and holds all the right training, and is board certified. 2. Proficiency in diagnostic exam and diagnosis. He correctly diagnosed my issue and quickly formulated my treatment plan. This is real ENT doctor not some DO or PA, but MD. Dr Lee is by far the worst doctor I have ever witnessed! He treated my daughter absolutely horrible and acted like he was so much better and smarter than everyone in the room. I would not recommend him for anything!!!!!!!

Had polyps removed and a septum straightened. Had probably ten office appointments and every single appointment I waited at least an hour past my appointment to be seen and some of the times if was even up to two hours. They’ll even trick you and have you wait an hour in the lobby then bring you back have a nurse ask you questions then let you sit another hour just for the doctor to come ask the exact same questions. You wait an hour to be seen for ten minutes it’s absurd. Then on top of it the doctor is skilled and knowledgeable but he’s very rude and condescending. I have went to several ENTs before meeting Dr. Lee. The 1st time I saw him he knew what the issue was within 5 mins. He is very thourough and knowledgable. Staff at his office are friendly. I ended up needing an endoscopic surgery done and a left tube on my ear, i felt immediate sinus relief. Today (the day after sugery) i am feeling 100% on my nose, no packing or anything was needed. Ear tube still settling but much expected. Dr lee even called yestersay evening to make sure I was doing well and I had my follow up appt this am. I highly recommend Dr. Lee! I was satisfied with the entire office visit. The office staff was very accommodating and got me in to see Dr. Lee quickly. Dr. Lee was very thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns. I did not feel rushed while talking with the Doctor. We worked together to make a care plan, and I felt better quickly.

I am so very Grateful to Dr. Lee. He helped me thru a procedure with jokes as he laughter. Hes very personable easy to talk to and his staff if great too. Very attentive and polite.

I have been going to Dr. Dennis Lee for several years as well as my family members. When ever I need an appointment to see him they always get me in the dame day. He takes his time to get to know you as a person not just another patient. The recent remodeling updates to his office look great too!

I would recommend Dr. Lee for your ears, nose, and throat conditions. In the past, I’ve had him do tubes in my ears that helped with my eustation tube dysfunction. This small procedure brought relief to my ears where nothing else seemed to work. The office is bright and recently updated. The office staff is easy to work with. As far as scheduling an appointment, I have always been able to get in immediately, especially when I’m in pain. I have not had any issues with the insurance.

When I walked into the office it was like stepping back in time- very outdated. The first room they took me to had boxes stored all over. The hallway had patient files stacked everywhere. And someone was on the phone using the speaker discussing personal patient information! & charged a fortune for routine visit!!!

Dr Lee saved me with an emergency Tracheotomy. He is very concerned for his patients and did a great job explaining the procedure and why I required it afterward.

Dr. Lee is such a compassionate physician always willing to take the time you need with him. Truly cares about your health. Would definitely recommend Dr. Lee to anyone needing to see an ENT.

Dr Lee has always taken awesome care of my family before during and after hours.. He is a doctor who actually will see you when you are in pain and need a doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a doctor who is there for you when you need him.

I brought my three-year-old son who has chronic ear infections in as a new patient. We sat in the office from 1215-1:45pm. Never talked with the doctor. Finally someone came in and told me there was an issue is with the insurance, I would need to pay the $50 copay up front. They refused to bill me or my spouse. I left without my three-year-old son getting the medical care he needed because they would not Bill me $50. I was told it 'is per policy'.

I would not hesitate to highly recommend Dr. Lee for all your ears, nose, and throat issues. I am an adult and had him put tubes in to help with my constant feeling of pain in my one ear. This procedure greatly helped me. I no longer feel like there is constant fluid in my ear. I can hear better since the surgery too. I've also been to him for sinus and allergy issues. He is easy to talk to about my concerns and offers ideas on how to make things better.

He is a very rude Doctor. No tact whatsoever. Charged me more for a follow up visit than he did for a surgery. Codes things just to make you pay more. He is a crook.
