When a licensed therapist states, "You just need to think more positively," and "You often say 'Yes but,'" Recognize there is a problem. Dennis Kellar is a nice man. However, if I want someone to listen to me and merely tell me to "change my thinking," I can talk to my friends or family. Those are not strong therapeutic skills. If I am going to pay someone $130 for FIFTY MINUTES (NOT HOURLY) , they had better have some stronger tools in their toolbox.
