Dr. Jerdan is the best doctor around! He takes his time and explains everything! Very caring! Has been my Rheumatologist for years and would NOT see any other!!

I have been going to Dr. Jerdan since 2009. He diagnosed me with rheumatoid arthritis and, at. the time, told me I was a classic textbook case (meaning I had all the symptoms). I been going to dr.jerdan for a few years now. For arthritis he has helped me with appointments and information. Threw out my visit and finding out what medicines work for my arthritis. I would highly recommend other to him. There staff is also helpful and friendly as well. I also been doing cryotherapy freeze too to help with arthritis. My first visit, referred by my Family doctor for weakness on my right side, I was quite worried. Dr. Jerdan was reassuring and explained the possibilities and ordered blood tests which confirmed his diagnosis. Medication, over months, helped tremendously, and I have not had a flare up since that one. I’m now medicating for osteoporosis and very pleased with all phases of treatment!

Every3 month visits for review of blood tests for PMR/GCA in remission. Also injection for knee issues and arthritis issues and pain.

I’ve been going to this office for a long time now. I’m pretty picky when it comes to doctors and Dr. Jerdan is one of my favorites. He also runs on time which is hard to find in a specialist. Dr. Jerdan and the nurses always get back to me quickly when I call with questions, that’s also hard to find these days. I wish some of my other doctor’s offices were more like this.

Excellent Doctor!

I have been a patient here for quite some time now. The office is very professional and accommodating. They do everything in their power to resolve any issue. Dr. Jerdan has been great and always give specific details around my patient plan.

Dr. Jerdan is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. After going to several doctors, he is the first one who was ever able to really accurately diagnose my problem and help me. He clearly explains everything and also gives a written summary of the office visit which is very helpful. My quality of life has improved tremendously under his care. Also, he is always prompt and cheerful which I really appreciate.

Office manager has a horrible attitude and does not know how to speak to patients.

Very pleased with care; initial consultation was lengthy with many questions to answer but I felt they really wanted to drill down to the potential root causes of my issue. Dr. Jerdan has explained why he has prescribed the meds and the path moving forward.

A rude man. Office difficult to find. Staff did not pickup phone to help for 15 minutes. My paperwork was filled out before I came. Ended up being 5 minutes late for appointment and I waited in the waiting room and office mgr came out to tell me Dr. Jerden refused to see me because I was late. I said I explained that - you have the messages I left on the phone looking to find the office. She said "I know, I'm embarrassed about this". I am a person who is never late though I have waited for hours in doctors offices in the past. I want to be treated by someone who is compassionate as well as knowledgeable. He certainly does not fit that bill. I would never go back there because fortunately there are too many other options. Additionally, I will notify my referring doctor about this experience. I saw Dr. Jerdan due to high markers for rheumatoid arthritis, after getting x-rays and other tests he diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. He has a great personable manner. I have recommend him to several friends and a family member.
