Went through a sinus and snoring surgery with Dr. Han, Dr. Han and staff were exceptional and the surgery was life-changing. Couldn’t be more grateful.

Besides the hour and a half waiting time between your appointment and when you get to see him. He rushes through the visit. Refuses to hear patients out and refuses to use scans that are 6 months old. As though every person can afford a CT scan every 6 months. He cares only for money and pushing meds. He doesn’t care about the patient.

Don't bother trying to go here as a new patient, they don't care about you. I left two messages for the "appointment voicemail" and nobody called back....this was two weeks ago!

I recently had sinus surgery with Dr. Han and am very satisfied with the results. I have had trouble breathing for years and my sister who is a nurse at Franciscan talked me into finally taking care of it. She said that Dr. Han is the best and I have to agree. I'm breathing really well for the first time in a long time!!

Our family have been going to Dr. Han for years and he just operated on my sister. He is so kind and knowledgable, we feel very comfortable with him.

The interaction with the doctor was very rushed. He did not answer my questions. It felt like a waste of my time and money to go there. Very disappointing.

Had a cautery procedure last year by this dr and he perforated my septum, when I went back to his office and told him that he perforated my septum he said to put cream on it ,after a week I went back because I was feeling worse, I told him to do the surgery to repair the perforation like he said ,well he refused to do it almost push me out of his office. Now one year later I have 2cm hole in my nose that is bleeding to the point that I need iron infusions every 2 weeks. So be very careful about this dr if you don't want to be like me now. Dr. Han helped me to eliminate my chronic tonsillitis and awful tonsil stones. I had my surgery last summer, Summer 2020. The procedure was very quick and he and his staff were always there to calm my nerves and answer any questions as it was my first procedure ever. My family has seen Dr. Han for over six years. We trust his judgment and appreciate his gentle and caring demeanor.

I visited Care Pointe because of chronic, uncomfortable, intermittent fullness and pressure in both ears. Dr. Han checked my ears, nose and throat and sent me for a hearing test and aids. I told him I know I have a hearing loss and that was not the reason I came. After the hearing test, he came back and I again expressed symptoms and concerns. I also asked him if he had checked my medications as a possible factor in symptomology He said, "no" and starting walking out. I asked him again if anything could be done for my bilateral ear pressure and fullness symptoms and he said I could get a scan. I spent no more than 5 minutes total with him. I walked out and then reported my visit to my insurance company to express dissatisfaction. As a professional, if I treated my clients the way. he treated me, I would lose my licenses.

Lousy, I waited over an hour, he never looked at me sent me for an MRI, and never looked in my ear. I was told he would not look at me without having an MRI first, worst doctor I have been to and his staff has a nasty attitude.

I have had a cautery procedure done by this dr last year and he perforated my septum, went back to him after the procedure and told him that he put a hole in my nose,he said to put cream on and see if I feel better if not he will get it repaired well one year later I still have it because he refused to do surgery to close it,I have to get iron infusions now because he wasn't even competent to do a simple cautery procedure right be very careful with this dr because he is not a good professional. Run and don't look back if you don't want to suffer like me now.

I’m not sure how this office is voted “Best in the Region” multiple years. First off Dr. Han has never looked me in the eye in any visit I’ve had with him and he is constantly rushing. Where do you have to be, Han? I had issues with Vestibular Migraines with the most extreme debilitating symptoms, it was hard enough to get to my office visit because of the shape I was in and Dr. Han refused to look into anything regarding Vestibular Migraines. Ordered me a hearing test and all because I passed it he wrote me off. I literally came in for the results that same day of the test and he walked in and said “Well, I can’t find anything wrong with you so there’s nothing I can do for you” and walked out. Wouldn’t even take a question from me about anything. No further testing, nothing. I’m about sick and tired of the “Doctors” St. Marys and Community Hospital have within their network. If something bad happens our blood is on your hands because of your malpractice. These clowns should be sued.

Been waiting in an exam room for over 20 minutes without even being told what the hold up is. Can hear the nurses talking about their outfits. Worse experience ever

I've never had a problem here. Wait times are reasonable and the receptionists are friendly. I definitely recommend Dr. Han for any problems with your ears, nose, throat or sinuses.

I went to Dr. Han and Dr. Massow for an ongoing allergy problem I had been having for over a year. They were so helpful! Dr. Massow took her time with me to explain what every result meant from my allergy test! She also gave me some treatment options and other tools I could use to help reduce my allergy symptoms. I am on medication she prescribed me and already feeling better only a few days later! Highly recommend! Dr. Han is my lifesaver! I suffered for years with chronic sinusitis and nasal congestion that would come and go. My friend referred Dr. Han to me and after seeing him one time he knew immediately how to help me. It was visible on the CT Scan that I needed many polyps removed from my Sinuses. My surgery was Dec. 19, 2019 and I was amazed that I had Zero pain after the Surgery or anytime at all. Recovery was fast and I am just so thankful I have open nasal passages and I can smell and taste. It's a whole new world! Dr. Han is my lifesaver! The office visit was very concerning! In November, I had a left earache and went to Immediate Care and they gave me antibiotics. A few weeks later I had an MRI scheduled of the neck that was previously on the books. A radiologist, physician, stated I also had mastoiditis. I had a repeat MRI in April and a different radiologist, dr., said mastoiditis also. I was advised to go see an ENT. I went to dr. Han. He never ever ever looked at the MRI. He said MRIs could be wrong. He said I had swimmer's ear.

He was the best ent dr. That I have found in a very long time. I wish he had offices in NEW MEXICO

I was visiting my mom from LA and my aunt recommended I see Dr. Han for another opinion on my sleep apnea issues. He was thorough and explained what he did in a manner that I was able to understand. He also did a couple of things that the two other ENTs in LA did not do. He scanned my sinuses and checked them. His recommendations made so much more sense. I still have sleep apnea, but he was able to tell me what the process will be when I go back and have surgery, and suggested a turbenant (not sure of spelling) reduction to allow me to breath easier even after the sleep apnea surgery, treating allergies, and losing some weight (haha). I really liked Dr. Han and want to do my surgery here and not back home, that's how comfortable i felt with him!!

While the doctor may be a decent guy, his office staff is awful. They took money I told them I would not owe and refused to give me a refund even though my insurance company called them and told them I wouldn’t owe anything.

waited 3 weeks to be seen.. he spent less than one minute with me. Didn't listen to a word that I said. He just kept insisting that I needed a hearing test. Will not be returning.

Turbinate reduction changed my life by curing my sleep apnea. Great doctor!

Dr. Han went above and beyond to fix my badly deviated septum and his staff was equally great. I had a very good experience & outcome. I highly recommend him.

Dr Han removed a cyst from my maxillary sinus and fixed a deviated septum issue. I was getting chronic lung issues before my surgery. I can breathe so much better now. I did have a hormone imbalance issue after my surgery but it is straightened out now. The surgery was very much worth going through!

My experience with Dr. Han was perfect and i am satisfied with my outcome. It feels amazing to breathe again.

Went in for a broken nose and he did sinus surgery as well. I have been miserable ever since. Just got an exam by mayo clinic. I have a deviated septum, scar tissue from his surgery causing blockage, my drainage paths arent aligned, along with a few other things i cant describe since i am not a doctor. I am also getting my bone smoothed out where the break was. Dr Han may have fixed some issues but it appears he either caused some of these issues or did not address them during my surgery. Hard to believe from the other high rated reviews. Regardless of which it is i am very dissatisfied with the result and will not go back or recommend him. Dr. Han was recommended to me by my aunt who is a nurse in the OR for my sinus problems. He is the best and he knows what he's doing. My sinus surgery went very well and i feel very successful!

Was seen ENT in Munster Indiana a woman which was very very bad went to see Doctor Who the experience was so good I would recommend dr. To anybody he office is clean he was on time and he explained everything and I didn't even feel him doing anything to my ear he installed a tube in my right ear and it just feels great

Excellent! Explained surgical procedure to my elderly parent in a way she would understand without insulting her intelligence. Very patient and kind. Also, he ran on time. Which is also a huge bonus. His office staff who schedules surgery is also amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Been having sinus problems all my life and have seen a local ENT. I want to say that I really trust Dr. Han. He treated my sinuses with antibiotics and then finally did surgery. He explained everything and made me feel comfortable that I didn't even worry. Michelle was great too. My surgery went quicker than we thought and my recovery was pretty fast too. I am so glad that I finally did this because I don't have that headache caused by that pressure under my eyes. I recommend Dr. Han.

I am very happy with Dr. Han as my doctor for the past 4 years. He recently took care of my neighbors son and they could not have been happier. Their son's tonsillectomy (and healing) went so well that I just want to post my appreciation to him and his office.

Terrible. He was training a student at the time of my exam. I came in with possible dysfunctional Eustachian tube. The examination last a whole 21/2 -3 minutes. He looked in my ears quickly. Asked a few questions and then pushed his forefingers very hard on my upper jaw muscles. Told me to open my mouth. I could hardly open my mouth with the very hard pressure he was putting on the sides of my jaw. Then he said, it can possibly be TMJ. Don't eat crunchy foods only soft. That was it!

We love Dr. Han! He has been my family's doctor for many years and we all love him. I finally did something about my chronic sinuses, and now I can breathe!!! I didn't even realize how bad I was feeling til I did the sinus balloon procedure and can compare how I felt before and how much better I feel now. Talk about relief.
