Dr Mc Bride is the best and is a sweetie, but good luck getting a appointment! This office is plum out ridiculous! The front staff is rude and unprofessional, their two Nurse practitioners speak down to you especially if your under than age 25 . They Insinuate that your uneducated and know nothing. Then dr. Estep doesn’t remember you or your child when you’ve seen him for the last year and a half! I have a few reasons, but i dont have the time to list them and explain. So just know, we have switched to a different practice and I have noticed many others who are also switching or have already switched.

McBride is the absolute worst doctor there is. He has misdiagnosed my daughter multiple times. Jennifer is our absolute favorite doctor there!

I love Dr. Estep! He’s been treating my son for 11 yrs. My son looks forward to seeing him every visit.

Have used this office for 25 years, Estep is great but I prefer to see Dawn Barnes she is very compassionate and gentle but can be firm with the teen girls if needed. I always make my appts with her. The front desk could be a little nicer but everything can't be perfect. Right?

Dr. Estep has left me feeling absolutely disgusted 3 different times now after shaming me about decisions I have made for MY children’s medical care. He also jumps the gun on prescribing antibiotics for no good reason. I have never met a doctor who is so cold and judgmental. We will do anything we can to never see him again. However, the female providers at his office are always warm and friendly to my children.

they dont care about the childern !!!!! Only about giving out meds to the bill the state of GA. I will be filing a complaint to the medical board of GA

We left there about a year ago after Dr. Estep was rude, impatient, and unprofessional with my autistic and very anxious daughter. (Putting a needle in her face and insinuating I need to spank my daughter!) He really needs to retire. I wouldn't recommend them at all for children with special needs especially because that wasn't the first issue we have had with them, though that was the huge straw that broke the camel's back. We have had three visits. Two with nurse practitioners and the final one with the doctor. We purposely drive further than should be necessary to be able to see a so called "vaccine choice doctor". The nurses have been respectful of our choice, but today, Dr. Estep talked down to us like we were stupid. He even went further to insinuate that we may not have a car seat or know about gun or water safety. We won't be back. We have had three visits. Excellent doctor! A doctor should not have to coddle your feelings. He knows what he is doing and has never been rude to me or my children. I would rather he be more concerned with the health of the child instead stepping on eggshells so they don’t hurt your feelings. If he sees an issue he addresses it.

First off this practice was a breath of fresh air compared to our previous practice. My son is on the spectrum, and has extreme doctor office anxiety. The nurses there are patient, caring, and supportive. Dr. Estep himself is gentle, caring, and also knowledgeable. Also they will change your well visit to a regular visit and charge you a co pay if you ask questions not related to a well visit. It's posted in their lobby and in each patient room.

Love it. I appreciate the doctor's patience, knowledge and good nature. I love that they are open Saturday mornings. The nurses are wonderful and helpful too.

I wish I could give negative stars.... worst doctor I have ever been to.. no knowledge, always seems to be a guess... doesn't answer questions very good. Always in a hurry... better off taking your kid to the zoo and seeing a vetnarian.. you would probably get a better diagnosis!

They always find a way to see my child for urgent appointments on the same day. Every NP and Doctor there is the utmost professional. We have frequented this office for almost 11 years and I've never been disappointed.

I find Dr Estep to be very caring. He listens and addresses all my questions. My kids are never afraid to go to the doctor. He talks to them and asks them questions about their day. I would recommend him to everyone.

I absolutely do not recommend Dr. Estep. He is not knowledgeable in breastfeeding whatsoever and it worries me how many breastfeeding relationships he has sabotaged. He will recommend a mother supplement with formula before trying to help with an issue she may be having. I think the amount of antibiotics he prescribes should be brought into question as well. The whole practice loves to pull out that script pad a little too much.

I Have been going to Dr Estep for 10 years. Well I will no longer go see him or his staff. I will Not recommend him to anyone and am so disappointed in his practice. I have taking my children there and my insurance covers well visits at 100 percent. Well now the office is adding on other charges which changes the well visits of my kids to medical visits and now I have payments to the office. I have tried several times to resolve this, but to no avail. They have become a money hungry practice.
