Dr. Denise Molina Furlong

Had an appointment at 2:00 and apparently so did many other patients that were in waiting area. I didn’t get to see doctor until 2 hours later. Totally uncalled for!

Dr. Furlong is the absolute best! Please see her with any female issues. She is smart, caring and kind.

Dr Furlong spoke in a friendly, clear and concise manner and and kept me informed as to her findings while examining me. I was treated with respect and a paper sheet was used to cover me before and after my exam. I have also heard her speak on topics pertinent to women, and she is knowledgeable and offers full Urogynecological services at her offices. I would recommend her to any other woman.

I always have a great experience at Dr Furlong’s office. Staff is friendly and professional. The doctors are very good with women’s medical issues and they make you comfortable during procedures! Dr Furlong is great at explaining your issues and how she will treat you. Th offices are always clean, Covid protocols are always followed and there is seldom a wait time. I highly recommend CCWH. This is an update to my review. I want to thank Dr Furlong for her tenacity in her care for me! She saw something in my body beyond the lab and biopsy findings. Her superb knowledge was verified by a top oncology gynecologist that treated my pre cancerous condition before it became life threatening cancer!!!

I love Dr. Furlong and her staff. I was full of anxiety and concern, but they talked and explained things to me and made me feel so much better and my anxiety level is all but gone! Thank you guys so much!!!!

I would definitely recommend Dr Furlong to anyone. She takes her time on each visit with you, explains everything that is going on so that you understand and answers all of your questions

She was very nice. She explained everything to me, so that I could understand about what was going on with me. I appreciate that about her . She a very wonderful bedside matter.

Dr furlong is a very professional and through she explains your test results her office is very neat and clean and I would recommend her to my friends if they are in her network of doctors she give you a complete exam with ease she let's you know every step what she is doing.

Worst service ever, stay away from here !!!! Totally irresponsible and unprofesional staff. I arrived at 10:30 to my appointment yesterday (time they told me on the phone) and when I got there they said appointment was at 10 and "I was late". They gave me an appointment for next day, and when I arrived there, several patients were waiting outside the office and staff only said office was closed "for a meeting". Why do they give an appointment if they are not going to receive patients? and when I complained, they gave no explanation, they only said that they would make another appointment and of course I told them NO, I will not return to such an irresponsible medical office and lack of professional ethics. I enjoy coming here to visit Dr. Fulong and her team. They make you feel comfortable and they are very professional. They treat you like family and they make you feel right at home

Everyone was very nice and professional. I got taken in right away for my appointment. The facility is clean and orderly.

I was nervous but the doctor made me feel very comfortable I would not mind seeing her again I think she was very gentle with me

Dr. furlong Medina explained each step of the procedure and made sure to make me feel comfortable. All her staff was very professional and nice. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Furlong, is a tell like it is doctor, which is just my cup of tea. She takes her time to explain the why, the what to do and not to do and how she is going to cure it. Big plus she has a great sense of humor.

I went in for consultation for birth control. Everything went well. But somewhere after the consultation, there was a disconnect. My prescription was never ordered. I keep calling to check in to see what is going on. Its always the same answer. Sorry, we will get it processed. You'll hear from us soon. Five months later, nothing. I keep calling. I get the run around. I have signed the papers. The office said they have my previous test results. So I don't know what the issue is. But I can't keep holding my breath. I feel so comfortable with my Dr. Denise Molina. Today I had a biopsy and I was so overwhelmed with my emotions and experiences of my past and my doctor Denise was so kind. She always treat me so well and makes me feel more comfortable. I think most of women don’t like to visit the gynecologist. Her staff are so nice and helpful with me also. Thank those girls that are in front desk. They work with me to give me the best options to set up my appointments because I work during office hours and they make possible that. I cannot praise this office any higher! From the second you walk in the door.. Friendly, smiling faces... I've never waited too long. Dr. Furlong is inspiring and really listens to you.. And Lola is an added bonus to the office. The front staff takes care of referrals & authorizations with absolutely no worries.. They are amazing!

I appreciate a conversation with my doctor! I never feel like "just a number" with Dr. Furlong.

They were very kind and I was able to be seen 15 minutes after my appointment which wasn't bad. I will be back that's for certain.

I’ve had three gynecologists so far and Dr. Furlong is by far the best! Coming from one who was the absolute worst and left me with my issues without a care in the world, finding Dr.Furlong was as if she was god sent! She is a problem solver as good doctors should be but many are not.Since day one when she heard my issue, she had three solutions to my problem, while the previous gyne had just scratched her head and had done the waiting game as I suffered. Knowing Dr. Furlong had a plan since day one, made me feel at ease knowing I was in good hands as she was proactive in my case. She’s extremely knowledgeable in her field and even talks to me about other issues that are not feminine related but she’s just helpful and caring toward her patients. She is very thorough with everything she does, so you know it’s the best care you can possibly be in. She makes sure that you feel comfortable with everything, every step of the way and will stop everything to explain whatever you don’t understand or feel anxious about. When she did a procedure, I remember her telling me she could be reached 24/7 if I felt I needed to contact her. Who does that nowadays?! Hats off for that gesture! She makes me feel like I’m the only patient she ever has when I go because she gives me undivided attention. I really hope she never leaves that location because I’m a patient for life! My experience with Dr. Furlong and her staff was great! Staff is always responsive to my calls / questions. Dr. Furlong is super knowledgeable, went out of her way to address all my concerns and make sure all my questions were answered (believe me, there were a lot)! I felt tremendously comfortable with her from the very first appointment. After thorough testing, I decided to move forward with surgery, which went extremely well. Dr. Furlong continuously reached out to me to make sure everything was going well. She made herself available to me day or night to address any post-op concerns I might have. Overall, I am highly satisfied and highly recommend Dr. Furlong and the CCWH staff!

My appointment was to receive Botox in my bladder to help with overactive bladder. When Dr. Furlong introduced me to this option, I was very skeptical, but it had to be better than constantly running to the bathroom and wearing protection so you don’t have an accident. After having the Botox the first time, I had 7 months of freedom. And now I’m getting my second round. And looking forward to more of that freedom. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Furlong through a google search. I had been referred to another doctor by my primary physician but after reviewing his website, he appeared to mostly treat men and their urological problems. I needed a specialist who would understand both the urological as well as the gynecological aspects of my unique situation. Dr. Furlong was wonderful! She was honest, kind and even a bit tough when she needed to be. She had me come back the next day after figuring out my problem rather than waiting for her next opening. She was compassionate and thorough. I felt heard and seen and understood.
