Dr. Franco's accupuncture sessions are relaxing and enjoyable She's informative and takes time discussing symptoms each visit.

Was referred to Dr Franco because a number of Docters provided no help . Dr Franco was professional and very caring and mapped out a plan to address the pain . She is kind and makes me feel like I am not just another number at the end of the line . She has given me hope that my issues will be addressed . Definitely recommend her .

Dr. Franco is one of the best doctors! She listens to her patients’ experiences and creates a treatment plan that specific to each individual patient. Her office is so calming and the office staff is always warm and welcoming. Kim is so helpful scheduling appointments that work with my schedule. I look forward to my appointments with Dr. Franco because I know I will leave feeling great. I recommend Dr. Franco to all of my friends and family!!!! Dr. Franco is the best! I've had 4 spine operations which left me in excruciating pain and she;s helped me so much.

I went there for neck and shoulder pain. They got me right in and I’m feeling better already! Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing experience. Dr. Franco took her time to evaluate, treat and educate. For someone postpartum and also in medicine I trust her so much and this practice is truly spectacular! We worked on different dysfunctions, plans and overall improvement in our functionality!

Dr. Franco is seriously amazing!!! 2 months postpartum I started having recurrent upper back/neck pain. The third flare up in one month had in me in tears with a muscle spasm in my upper back any time I lifted my left arm or turned my head -both things that are especially necessary when taking care of a baby! I panicked wondering how I was going to continue to take care of an infant without being able to move. Thankfully she was able to squeeze me in later that day! I showed up to her office stiff and anxious, moving like a robot in fear of setting off the spasm which was happening every minute or two, sometimes even without moving now. She treated me using acupuncture, cupping, and physical manipulation, as well as discussing how to prevent this problem from recurring. She went over ergonomic adjustments I could make while nursing my baby, and how to reduce stress, because this could be worsening the problem. Throughout the treatment, she explained the muscles she was working on and the way the different therapies work to alleviate pain. After the treatment I was on a natural high. I felt SO incredibly relaxed, both physically and mentally. I was cautious to not make any sudden movements for awhile, but as time went by that day, I found I could move normally again and I have not had another spasm since the treatment! Dr. Franco was such a fantastic listener and really took a great amount of time to get to know me and what has been bothering me. Her practice is the best of both worlds with a perfect blend of eastern and western techniques that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Anyone who is experiencing pain from an old injury or from just being rundown, go see Dr. Franco. I received acupuncture and a cupping treatment on both of my shoulders and the difference I felt after the treatments was amazing. Dr. Franco patiently walked me through both treatments and explained how each would help ease the tension I was experiencing.
