I had a scheduled appointment every Thursday. One appointment landed on my birthday. McDonald insisted I come in. Naturally, I didn't want to, so I said no. The next week, she didn't show up for my scheduled appointment, so I called. She told me she was in Salt Lake, but could meet me in 45 minutes. I told her I'd wait. I ended up waiting an hour and a half. When McDonald showed up, she was in a foul mood and started yelling. The appointment lasted 15 minutes before I told her I was done.
