Teaneck, NJ 03 3/14/2023 I wanted to write about my experience in Dr. Hamakiotes office. I had heard of her service with other patients, but until you personally visit her office you do not know how true her reviews have been. I have never in my 58 years of life had an eye exam as thorough as with Dr. Hamakiotes. She is very personal and knowledgeable of her craft. The technology that she uses to examine your eye is top of the line. She takes time to examine and explain what she sees in your eyes. She also offers preventive advice for the health of your eyes and eyesight. I felt very comfortable and not intimidated. I look forward to my visit again next year! I would highly recommend Dr. Hamakiotes ! Her office staff was also very friendly and welcoming ...

Dr. Hamakiotes has been my eye doctor for many years. She is absolutely wonderful. She takes incredible care in her examinations and patiently explained results of all tests. I would 1000% recommend her!

Had an eye exam after neglecting it for 10 or so years with some problems I needed investigated, Dr.Hamakiotes was extremely thorough and highly knowledgeable about not only optometry but other proxy medical disciplines as well. The level of detail she went into after running tests was a wonderful change of pace when compared to the usual "in and out" attitude you feel at most doctor's. Their office has very up to date technology, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly to boot. Dr. Hamakiotes is the absolute best. I have Keratoconus and she is the only eye doctor that was able to help me. She genuinely cares about her patients. Furthermore, she takes her time and doesn’t rush you out the door. I highly recommend her, especially if you have Keratoconus.

Dr. Hamakiotes has been my eye physician for 10 years. She is absolutely superb. More than any other eye ophthalmologist or optometrist, Dr. Hamakiotes takes incredible care in her examinations and in her conclusions as to remedies. Her knowledge, her prescriptions, her patience, her caring puts her leagues ahead of any other eye doctor i have seen, and in years before I saw her, I saw many others. Besides being a superb physician, Dr. Hamakiotes is a lovely person, gracious person. Anyone who is becomes her patient is indeed very lucky. Dr. Hamakiotes has been my eye physician for 10 years.
