It’s refreshing when the doc takes their time to listen to everything and then help you accordingly. The staff and the doc are helpful and has a nice professional and helpful attitude and demeanor. She went out of her way to take care of me with my back pain while I was pregnant. Very grateful and appreciative to have her as my doc.

Extremely pleased with Dr. Troy and staff in getting me scheduled for the procedure quickly, no waiting at the hospital, talked me through every step while performing the procedure, accurately advised me of what sensations to expect at each step and monitoring the short recovery before releasing me

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Troy and she explained everything she was doing. Her staff was also very pleasant and explained everything to me as well.

She was extremely helpful, explains to me about what I have to do and gave me more therapy for my back and exploration of the need for surgery and referral to see a Genetic testing to understand what other cancers or arthritis that is located in my hips and lower back. I felt ever comfortable and I can't wait to see her again.

Dr Troy and office staff are so helpful and nice. They all understand the ridiculous pain you can be in for your back and are sympathetic to that.

I recently got an epidural shot in my back. She and her team were outstanding..!!!!!!

In my experience it is very important for a Doctor to listen to your problem and give you the best result to your visit. You can expect this from Dr, Troy as I've been operated on and given false information without a solution from other Doctors. I give my best thumbs up to her and her staff as well.

Dr. Troy was not only helpful and professional, she was pleasant to speak with and listened to my story and concerns. Her assistant Danielle was very kind and outgoing. I liked her a lot. However, Gina the X-Ray technician on the same floor was rude and unprofessional.

The best pain management office I ever been to she is awesome and so is her team A+ they really make you feel comfortable and they care about your well being Period!!!!

Exelent service, starting from the front desk, to the Nurses, the Dr beautiful person.

The doctor and her staff are excellent they take the time to explain to you what's going on and why you have pain. The equipment that they use to x-ray you and to give you the epidurals looks like something you'd see on Star Trek. So if you got a pain in your lower back that's not caused from your ex-wife go see Dr Troy

Dr. Troy is a competent and professional practitioner. She was able to prescribe an effective treatment program for a very painful lower back issue I had. She and her staff are knowledgeable and courteous and made the process from first visit to discharge a pleasure.

Dr. Troy and her wonderful staff have been nothing short of an absolute pleasure and blessing to me. After years of back problems, she has been, and is currently instrumental in finding me the best possible solution to my issues. I’m a very complicated case requiring close work hand and hand with a neurosurgeon for my fourth possible back surgery. I have received quality care from this office on many occasions whether it’s exams, PT, proper radiology assessments, and a multitude of different diagnostic injections and treatments. I’m still confused that the X-ray did not show my spinal fusion between L5&S1 that was performed in 1990 at St Luke’s hospital in NYC by Dr. William Fielding. Maybe the MRI will show the fusion. I would like more information about the relationship between HIV meds and foot drop and neuropathy. Could we discuss the wire around the neck of the femur. Was the femur cracked inserting the ball and neck of the hip replacement. Will the break in the Trochanter get worse? Will this become more of a problem in the future? I have a lot of questions that I’m hoping you can answer. Let me know when the MRI is scheduled and a follow up is scheduled with Dr. Troy. Dr. Troy and her team are wonderful! Very knowledgeable, kind, friendly and genuinely interested in your well being. Dr. Troy pays attention to small details and remembers to follow up on them. You don't feel rushed although she is quite busy. They are normally on time or not more than a few minutes late.

From the moment I walked into the office until I left, every person I dealt with was super nice - the receptionist, the X-ray technician, the doctor's assistant and the doctor herself. After being in pain for more than a month due to a compressed disc in my neck causing the pain to run from their all the way down my left arm, Doctor Troy ran me through a battery of tests as well as checking the X-Rays. She diagnosed the problem, laid out a clear treatment plan, and prescribed the appropriate medicine to alleviate the pain. She also had a student shadowing her and she was super nice to the student, asking questions, explaining what she was doing and having the student copy some of the tests she had performed to see for herself. Of course, the doctor asked me if it was OK with me beforehand. I'm always willing to have students learn from doctors when I'm being evaluated. Practical learning cannot be from a textbook and these students are those who will be treating us in the future. This student is lucky to have such a great mentor!
