I came to Dr.O as a referral for an explant, total capsulectomy of my breast implants. After 8 years, I was noticing symptoms of Breast Implant Illness like burning pains in the joints of my hands (negative for RA), kidney pain/stones, digestive issues, multiple UTIs and bacterial infections, dry eyes, headaches, exhaustion, bouts of depression and just feeling like I am dying. And then I also had pain due to a capsular contracture in my left breast. The day after my explant, I felt IMMEDIATE relief! I had so much energy, the pain has not come back in my hands or my kidneys, my skin looks clearer and I lost 20lbs of inflammation. Wow! I had 475cc Mentor gel,high profile, and above the muscle. Recovery was easy and Dr.O and all of his staff have been SO supportive, they really make you feel heard (not like you are crazy) and they are with you through the whole process putting all your fears and worries aside.

Dr. Ortegon and staff are great! Came to him for a surgery gone wrong with a different surgeon. He is compassionate and honest with what he would be able to do or not do with the previous surgery. I felt like family????

It’s hard to explain how mindblown and so appreciative I am coming in just for my consultation. It was my 2nd opinion coming from a different Dr where I’m needing a revision & to hopefully go bigger for a Breast Augmentation.The last Dr was a disaster, so I had a whole list ready to explain & hopefully have him understand pretty much what was wrong and why. It went 1000x better, the 360 camera machine was something I’ve never had used before, his computer even had perfect measurements and even explained to me what he could do to fix my problem. Which I’ve never had anybody do that to where I would understand perfectly. Everybody was so nice & happy, down to Lisa the coordinator treating me so kind. It really did bring tears to my eyes, kindness goes so far especially when it comes to your body permanently for whatever reasons you’re needing. I would totally recommend Dr. Ortegon & his staff for anybody to come and see.

I went to Isabel for my first microneedling experience and it was wonderful! Isabel is very knowledgeable about the services she provides. She’s also an incredibly sweet, friendly person that makes your experience very relaxing. After just one treatment, I noticed a huge difference in my skin and I’m so happy with the results. So thankful for Isabel and the staff here!

This is the best place to have any type of surgery from the moment you enter the door everyone is so friendly and helpful. My surgery was def a 10!!! Dr O is the best!!!

Dr. Ortegon is absolutely amazing! Had my mommy makeover on December 13th, 2022, which included breast augmentation, implants with lift, lipo, and tummy tuck, and I could not be more happier with my results. My belly button is perfect, my curves are still there, and he did exactly what I wanted. I lost as much weight as I could before my surgery and got into the best shape that I could, which helped him really sculpt my body. Also, Lisa, who is in charge of the finances and setting everything up, she is the sweetest lady. Everyone was so helpful in getting me taken care of. Very grateful for those who assisted with this journey!

I have been going to SACS for about 2 years now and ever since my first visit, I have had nothing but great experiences. Dr. O and the entire staff are wonderful and friendly. My most recent visit was with Isabel and she was the best! She made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable. She explained the process and allowed me to ask questions to ease my nerves. Very professional. Dr Ortegon has exceptional bedside manner and the office staff is excellent. The way they handle billing and scheduling is very straight forward and clear. I have not had any cosmetic surgery before, but the whole group made me feel very comfortable and confident in me decisions.

I have had my surgery with Dr.Ortegon back in 2017 I went from a small b with no muscle mass to a 560cc high and within the 3 months my breast looked extremely natural and 5 years later I look even more natural with some weight gain. People don’t even know there done .

Went in for a consultation for a reduction, everyone was really nice, but I left feeling like I was missing a lot of information and also an uneasy feeling. They took pictures & asked me what size I was wanting and I said a small B. I currently have double d’s. Once I met with the doctor, he asked me what size I was wanting and I let him know just for him to tell me that it would be too small for me. I let him that I have a spinal disease & I have very dense breast tissue that is always causing me a lot of pain from the weight. If I could have it my way I would get rid of my breasts all together. He told me that he can do a large C. No…that’s not what I want. I have longed to get a reduction done for medical reasons that I know would be a life changer for me. I read other reviews about him insisting he does a different size than what was requested by the patient. I’m also upset that they had no examples of different size cups so you can compare. He also did not show me what I would like with the reduction with a photoshop program. You want to know what you’ll look like & explore what is best. It just felt like he took a look at you and decided what he thought would look good. I’m definitely seeking a consultation else where. Dr. Ortegon did my explant/ capsulectomy earlier this year. I was very pleased with him, the surgery center, anesthesiologist, nurses, etc. I have referred several other patients and will continue to!

Didn't get what I expected at all with my tummy tuck and liposuction. I paid $11,000 and I did my research months in advance. The staff is nice, the surgeon is compassionate but I shouldn't have to pay ANY money when you did not do what you should have with my body in the beginning. I specifically was cautious being African American and our skin is different. I went to SIX different surgeons and thought I found the right one. I am active duty military and now I have this huge scar and don't look any different in my tummy or back. I am so depressed and unhappy with my looks. I still suck in as before and wasted my money at SACS. OH MY GOD I LOST $11,000 and now depressed. I DON'T RECOMMEND this SURGEON.

I came here almost a year ago all the way from Washington state to get my breast augmentation. Dr. Ortegon & Lisa took such incredible care of everything. I needed to fly in early and they made arrangements so i could have surgery on that Friday. From my office visit to my surgery everything went incredible!!! My recovery was amazing as well! My scars are so tiny and never once was i in any pain. I was back to work 2 days later and in the gym In 3 months. Being that is was my first experience in a cosmetic surgery office, I was pretty nervous and didn't know what to expect. Dr Ortegon and his staff made me feel very warm and welcome immediately. The doctor is really patient and will happily answer any crazy question you may have. Super happy with my results; highly recommend!

Having surgery was not an easy decision for me at first, however after speaking with Dr. Ortegon it became clear that I was making the right decision for myself. I went to him in late 2015 for breast augmentation. The first surgery was in December of 2015. I went from a 34B to a 34D. I noticed the left wasn't setting, so I mentioned it in a followup. He suggested another surgery to go back in and correct it. After the second surgery, he did not prescribe antibiotics, and the incision site became very infected. I went in for emergency surgery to take the left implant out to give my body time to heal. He put it back in six weeks later, and left me in a lot of pain due to scar tissue, and my breasts are still uneven. The left one doesn't move, and I've lived with the pain for years. There's no legal recourse because they make you sign your life away prior to surgery, and I refuse to let that man operate on me again to "fix" it. I haven't been able to face another doctor because of the emotional discomfort the entire experience brought on. I also fear yet another surgery. Avoid him if you don't want to cry when you look at yourself in the mirror.

I paid $7,000 for surgery in where he gave me what he wanted not what I wanted. I don't make a lot of money and I had to finance a great deal of that to which I still pay today. I painstakingly made it very clear to the doctor that I wanted small B's after having my back fused it was necessary and was my comfort level as I had never been large-breasted before. I wrote this down on paper work and I met with them three to four times before the surgery to make it abundantly clear. He chose to give me full C's. I have not put on weight or lost weight. I have met with him to express my concern and disappointment. It breaks my heart that I felt like I could trust him and his staff and that he's not honorable. I paid for something very very specific and he went against my wishes as the patient and gave me full C. His staff then attempted to insult me by asking me how do I not know those are not B's at which point I said I'm leaving. They were willing to correct IF I paid more of 2500! This is not honorable and it's not correct. I was very diligent and very articulate and what I needed and what my comfort level was. I had a breast lift as well as augmentation surgery with this doctor now two years later I have put my problems in another doctors hands (not much better) loves to blame my first( Ortegon) doctor. If this doctor would have done his job in the first place, I wouldn’t be in my situation. He butchered me, my scares came out horrible. My nipples were on top of my breasts, my left breast was bottomed out! This doctor showed no concern he got his 10k and was on to the next. I plead to you do not let this doctor do your breasts, you will be ruined. I would first shop around and then decide, he over charges because he is not busy. You would think the more the money, the better the outcome, you get what you pay for, wrong!! I wish I never got my surgery with him. I’m so sad and I still cry about it. I’m very emotional and do not know where to turn. I am 27 years old, I was 25 when I got it done. I should not be going through this. But the best thing a can do is prevent someone else from having to go through it too. This review is real not sugar coated, this is the reality of this surgeon. You have been warned. He over charges from the vitamins to the surgery to the scar cream. I got both vitamins and scar cream free from my other doctor and at least he’s trying to make me happy. Oh and for a fraction of the cost Ortegon is charging. Please listen do not put your self through this Misery.
