Dr. Arora is one of the most caring doctors that you can ever meet. She has been our family primary doctor for years. She will answer all questions in detail and will never feel you rushed or not being attended to. She is a very understanding and a compassionate individual. Her office staff is also very attentive, helpful and understands patient concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Arora to anyone looking for a good primary doctor.

Dr deepinder is a great doctor. My parents have been going to her for the past several years. She stays on top of everything and is very detailed and organized. She is very Patient. I do recommend other patients to go to her.
Dr. Arora is not an efficient provider. She insists on multiple follow up appointments for no reason an all other than to bill my insurance company for visits and for me to pay additional co-pays. When ordering blood work, she forgot to check off all the tests she wanted done, which resulted in an extra 2 visits + additional lab visit.
Very in-to getting you to go for several (and I mean once every 2-3 months) unnecessary appointments so she can get your co-pay and bill your insurance company. Also constantly wants everyone to get blood work done at least 2-3 times per year. Which if you are young (under 35) with no past medical history this too is exessive and unnecessary. Office is extremely old, probably has not been upgraded in 30 yrs. Staff is ok. Office charges $1 per every paper you want copied from your medical record.
She needs to,listen more and not rush patients for the next one. Office could be renovated and be cleaner. Maybe she is busy, but if so she needs to hire more staff. English could be more clear as well.
I would highly recommend Dr. Arora to anyone... she is patient, kind and caring. She takes time with each and every patient. I "love her"! Her staff is friendly and caring.. They are on POINT!!
