Overall, my experience with the medical staff at Athena Medical has been great. The doctor is always prompt and makes sure you understand, and the nurses and sleep techs were wonderful during my sleep study. HOWEVER- the office staff has been especially difficult to work with. Getting results, follow ups, and even prescribed medications has been far too much of a hassle. When you’re already dealing with medical issues, the last thing you want to handle is basic negligence from the people meant to be making this easier for you.

We had a sleep study completed at this office. The staff is so friendly, goes the extra mile to help with any questions you may have. Prior to the testing, Doctor was informative, took the time to really break down the information to us, and was empathetic toward said concerns. I felt a relief in our similar beliefs vs. feeling unheard or just like a number (like some offices can feel). The office is clean & well organized. -I will add the patient was a child and they go above & beyond to make them comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Highly recommend!

The staff is efficient and takes the time to explain procedures.

This was my first telephone appointment and it went very well.

Very respectful, friendly staff. The Doctor was friendly and made my son feel comfortable.

Dr. Das is a very knowledgeable person with a great personality. I would recommend him and his whole Staff to others.

The doctor is so nice to my mother he listen to her and not blowing her off because of her age. My family loves that this is my mama doctor.

This visit was a follow-up to CPAP equipment which I replaced after a recent sleep test with Dr. Das. When I arrived at his office he had already reviewed my CPAP data which he had downloaded off the internet; he supplemented and checked that by review of the chip from the CPAP which I brought with me. He was very upbeat - as was I - about how the new mask and connection cord has improved my sleep and increased my vitality. Since I had not had to take a sleep study since the original one I took in 2002 before I got my CPAP in Florida, I was more than a little perturbed when he had explained to me at our first meeting that this was required here in Georgia. Now I cannot exaggerate how happy I am that I proceeded that way. Dr. Das and his staff have been a blessing - especially in this current time of so much stress. One other valuable player in this whole experience was Dr. Das's sleep study tech, ,David. I might have left early but for the encouragement and explanations he provided both sleep study sessions.

Well...in a world filled with Dr.s and Nurses , you won't be hard pressed to find the Very Best at Athena Medical Clinic . It has been my personal experience to be treated not only fairly but above and beyond what one would expect....like family even...I mean it...I now...look forward to any and all Dr. Visits here and have no desire to ever look anywhere else..

Dr. Das and staff were very nice and the office was clean.

Dr Das and his staff are terrific. They are always respectful of your time, and normally you are out the door in less than a 1/2 an hour. On time, professional, and courteous.

I am a long-term patient of this practice, and I will continue to be based on the great care and service here. Recently I needed to be seen unexpectedly, and the staff was very accommodating in getting me in for an appointment in a timely manner. Dr. Das, as usual diagnosed the problem and made appropriate referrals for my treatment.

My hearing is not that good at my age. That makes it hard to understand the doctors English. Thus understanding procedures and practices is not followed very well.

They are very helpful and patient with me. I can get all of my concerns addressed and the helpful information is the greatest. I trust them completely. If they can't figure your problems out, they will refer you to the source that can. Dr Das is one of the most dedicated doctor that I have visited in my last 50 years. It's all perfect it has been for 10years or more. Dr D. Has treated me for all kinds of ailments from top to bottom. He's always been very professional and makes it nice to come see him.

I've been a patient of Doctor Das's for more than a decade. I have always left his office feeling at ease because I have a physician who has my health in mind first and foremost. It is a blessing to have someone I can rely on as I age and need someone to look out for me as my needs change.

I had a good experience during the consultation and really liked the physician.. however, I can’t review the sleep study- BECAUSE THEY WON’T SCHEDULE IT!!! We have been waiting for over a month for this office to verify our insurance benefits- in order to schedule a sleep study for my son. I finally got in touch with someone in the office today and the phone call just disconnected in the middle of my sentence (I can only hope it was because it is noon and they are going to lunch- and not that the lady actually hung up on me) either way- definitely not what I would call great customer service policy. So meanwhile I stay awake all night every night watching my son sleep- waiting for him to stop breathing due to the sleep apnea. I have worked in the healthcare industry and it doesn’t take a month to clear a procedure through insurance.. it’s more than likely one phone call. Super frustrating. I guess they are doing so well they don’t need the business. I don’t know. The people was very nice and respectful

The office staff, doctor and nurse were all very nice and welcoming. The office was clean and spacious.

This is a great doctor!! He actually listens to his patient. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows what to do and prescribe to heal problems and put you on a healthy path. I can’t express the respect I have for this man. He is what a doctor used to be.

A wonderful, caring doctor who actually listens. Highly recommend him for sleep and/or internal medicine.
