I had an appointment on March 6th with Dr Bassam who has been my doctor for 12 or 13 years now my neck I could barely move because I have severe arthritis in that upper area and he did an injection on me and I am 100% better today which is not even been 24 hours dr. Bassam sophos and dr. Bassam and all the other doctors in there are absolutely wonderful the way he injects is you don't even feel the needles I wasn't even sedated and I trust him so much that I don't get today I haven't gotten sedated in years because he's so good he walks you through what he's doing tells you when you know he's going to do this and do that and I am paying for you today so please go to dr. Bassam and spiky spine Care center in Manassas the office and the doctors there are absolutely wonderful dr. Bassam Isabel best

As a healthcare worker for over 18 years, had I spoken to a patient like he spoke to me, I’d be terminated. The staff at Spine Care are extremely polite, helpful & professional. I called on a Friday afternoon, explained my chronic pain, areas of previous surgeries & MRI’s expecting an appointment within a couple weeks. Surprised when Monday early afternoon was given. I took the appointment and began the process of retrieving medical records. Mary Washington Hospital couldn’t provide discs without full payment first. Called the front desk of The Spine Center, told to keep the appointment, and show “Doctor” the reports forwarded to my email. 2022 MRI L shoulder showing fraying, bone spur, osteoarthritis, and report of C7-T1 herniated disc and ruptured disc apparently wasn’t good enough for Dr. Bassam, who aggressively scolded me like a five yr. old, making assumptions and asking what did I want him to do? Exaggerating the reports were 5 years old. No wonder his schedule was wide open.

I had been suffering with lower back pain since 9/2022 until I met Dr. Bassam. Dr. Bassam is absolutely the BEST ever. He took time from the very moment I met him, took me through the process and I tell you he did not miss a beat. Today is my birthday 1/5 /23, my follow-up after two injections. He took time to explain my situation in every detail, which includes what I need to do if I have a flare, and I probably will have more, but he prepared me a plan in (5) simple steps, I couldn't ask for more. He is professional, compassionate, mannerism is beyond measures, very thorough and very kind. I am in good hands, this is just how he has made me feel. If you're looking for a spine doctor you should look no further. He is above EXCELLENT!!!! I love you Br. Bassam and my God bless you with a long life.

Staff is very friendly. Dr. Bassam fully explained everything that he saw in my x-rays and MRI. Highly recommend this office....

I had an acute disc problem, and this guy did magic on my spine with just one injection.

Dr. Bassam is a wonderful doctor, ensuring that his patients know all of the options available to treat the condition. But even more important than that is the way he makes you feel: that you are the only person that matters to him at that moment and helping you decide on a course of treatment. I would recommend everyone I know to him. I also like the efficiency his office staff shows.

The best of the best, under Dr. Bassam's care I was able to lead a good quality of life and pain management. I had many surgeries in the past, a neurological stimulator all that didn't help much by other Doctors. Dr Bassam and his staff truly care, I moved away from Va and miss his care so, the quality of care he gave me is now non-existence where I currently reside in NC or through the VA

Dr. Bassam is wonderful! His staff also wonderful. I waited for about ten minutes until I was brought to the exam room, it was clean and sanitary. Dr. Bassam was very understanding he listened closely and didn't rush me either. Another great thing about Dr. Bassam is that he didn't just try to prescribe me narcotics! I am currently going through injections now and for me its incredible I am able to live a normal life again, I couldn't have done it with out Dr. Bassam. I will be forever greatful. I highly recommend Dr. Bassam to everyone that has problems with pain. Dr. Bassam is wonderful! His staff also wonderful.
