The hygienists are very friendly and thorough. I have less faith in the dentists but they are OK for routine dentistry. I strongly advise researching elective/cosmetic procedures prior to undergoing them. I will not return due mostly to logistical (rotating dentists, lack of continuity) and billing issues. I paid cash up front last year for an entire procedure, the insurance paid them months ago but they keep making excuses not to reimburse me. I am still waiting....

Expect A-1 Service from Dr Dockins, her staff and those she partner with. I've been a patient of Dr. Dockins (28 years) since the beginning of her practice; my adult child is also a patient of hers. Nothing but EXCELLENT SERVICE since day 1. She and her staff are always very professional. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Dockins . I've had wisdom teeth pulled and an implant procedure performed by oral surgeons whom she referred me to; they also provided great service.
