Although it is nice to have all services in one place and the check in staff was friendly, the actual visit with the NP was less then good. I sat in that room for almost 45 minutes on both occasions, was promised a cream for my severe neck pain but never received it nor was it called into the pharmacy. When they took xrays, they messed up the first take and had to redo it and they charge me now to pay for the retake. On top of that the NP did not appear to me as knowledgeable but rather guessing on what might be wrong with me. They are also trying to charge me $100 for an appointment I cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. I am currently seeking another medical advice but would not recommend this facility. Unacceptable.
