I had an abnormal Pap smear followed by a colposcopy, then this doctor wanted to do a leep. I got a second opinion and the doctor that I spoke to said that is not guidelines that I should repeat my Pap smear in a year. That getting a leep could effect future fertility and scar my cervix. I waited a year and I had a completely normal Pap smear. This doctor was trying to do a procedure that was not medically indicated please be careful when going to her. Worst experience ever. Staff is rude, uninformed and impersonable. Waited over two weeks for a non-routine appt. Doctor is uncaring & dispassionate besides being stuck in the 70s. Steer clear.

Will not be returning back to Dr. Werner after calling the receptionist on the phone with concerns of the covid 19 vaccine and getting pregnant. The receptionist told me it isn’t just about me but it’s for the benefit of everyone. She was rude, condescending, and not understanding of my medical question or fear. Instead of trying to give the phone to a medical professional which she is not she gave her own ridiculous opinion. Switching doctors because of this. People should learn their job title or be reminding of their job description. I’m so fed up with the vaccination bullying. I have been going to Dr. Werner since I was about 15 & I wouldn’t trust anyone else I have been struggling with cysts and endometriosis for a while and she is the only doctor that has worked with me from medications to surgery to find a solution! I love her and couldn’t ask for a better doctor! I am so grateful for her and her staff, her office has such a welcoming and comfortable feeling. Office is the worst

Made an appointment as a new patient a couple of weeks ago for 7:10 p.m. I arrived early around 7:00 to check in. The front desk attendant didn't use a mask and they didn't practice social distancing in the office. I was told to wait in the room, so I sat down and at 7:35, they called my name to fill out paperwork. I finished by 7:47 and asked her why it's taking so long. She kinda answered me in a condescending tone and said, well your appointment was just at 7:10p.m. and we had a lot of new patients today. I looked down at the time and i had already been waiting for over 40 minutes by that time. I went back to sit and I told myself if they do not call me by 8:10, I will leave. I left the office and they never even called me to check on whether I was in the building or to confirm my appointment. This is the worst experience I've ever had at the doctor's. I should have trusted the Google reviews considering it was only 3.8 stars. Not surprising. i have nothing but positive reviews on every aspect of my multiple visits with Dr Werner throughout the years. By far the best gyno i’ve been to.

I’m shocked at some poor reviews. I love Dr. Werner. Nothing but positive experiences including giving birth. Yes, SOMETIMES there is a wait, but where is there not a wait? Love her!

I should have sued her when I had the chance . If the statue of limitation didn't run out I'd sue her now , I am still suffering from the damage she caused me . There should be a ZERO rating !

Dr. Werner has been my doctor for at least 20 years! She delivered both of my granddaughters! She sent me for a breast sonogram when the surgeon that I had failed to do so and I was diagnosed with breast cancer and she saved my life! I am an RN and have complete confidence in her medical and surgical expertise! I highly recommend her!!

I was past my due date by choice due to the fact I knew my daughter would come naturally. The day I started having contractions I went to my GYN Dr. Werner, she decided although I was having contractions she would induce me the following day in the early morning. As morning approaches I was having contractions every 15 minutes then every 10 minutes so I called her and told her I know the baby is coming so I didn't want to be incuced any further. She still wanted to induce me anyway and speed the process up when my body was doing all the work naturally. Long story short, I went to a different hospital ALL the way in NJ. I called her and told her I was giving birth in NJ and she spoke with the delivering doctor, convinced him not to deliver my baby and send me home to her so she can induce me AFTER I told her I was 3 CM dialated and contracting strong. The doctor turned me away so I had to go to another hospital and deliver their. My body did all it had to do naturally and I gave birth without induction to a beautiful baby girl. Dr. Werner likes to induce her patients because when you are induced and your pregnancy is rushed you end up getting a C-section, and doctors get payed way more for c-sections than vaginal deliveries. Dr. Werner was simply setting me up for a c-section because it made no sense! If your body is contracting and dialating at a fine pace you dont get induced further to speed up the process. BABY WILL COME WHEN IT IS READY, UNLESS YOU HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION OR FACE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY DURING LABOR. I would avoid Dr. Werner for deliveries unless you want to end up with a C-section because she wants her MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also have been working with Christina for her laser hair removal expertise just as long as I have been seeing Dr Werner and the way Christina takes care of me is beyond words wonderful and amazing. Dr Werner been my dr for 16 years now. I’ve had problems getting pregnant where I went to several dr’s and they all told me nothing is wrong. Dr Werner knew right away what the problem was and 2 months later I was pregnant with twins girls. She is unbelievable amazing. Loving and caring and she treated you like if you were her own daughter. She gets 10+.... her staff are amazing as well always helpful and sweet.

Had been going to her for a while for general checkups. This time I had tried to get appt for lump in my breast and couldn't get an appt for 6 weeks. Then when she finally saw me she could find the lump and when I showed her she thought it was a clogged duct. Turned out to be fibroid which they need to check every year. I complained to her about having to wait so long for something that could have been serious and she was completely indifferent to it. I was very shocked and so dissapointed in her response. . All i wanted was a renewal on my prescription, i had to wait 3weeks for an appointment . The day of, i was asked to come in immediately (11am) rather than 4pm because she had a patient in labor, which would have been fine if i didnt have to leave my store just so they could have me wait an additional hour and a half to see Dr. Werner. Upon seeing me , she went ahead and changed the dose of my birth control without telling me...... its been 3-4 months , ive called everyday and all her receptionist can do is “take a message “ which is never returned. NOT EVEN CVS PHARMACY IS ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM! All they want is your money at that office . I gave it 2 starts for being clean. Waited 2 hours still didn't see doctor. Office mismanaged. Front desk clerk completely unapologetic.

At first I really thought this office would be great but then the staff continuously messed up my appointments and made me come back multiple times to be turned away. I'm finding a new doctor.

Excellent doctor! She listens to you & makes you feel comfortable during your appointment. The only downside is the waiting time! If your appointment is at 12:30 be prepared to wait an extra 30-45 minutes.

SO glad I switched to Dr Werner! Great staff, clean office, quick & comfortable visit.

She is awesome !I would Highly recommend her !!She took care of my daughter and I couldn't be more happier to have her by her side as there were some complications after labor!She acted quickly n professional the whole time n i couldn't be more appreciative to her!A big thank you!She also has a awesome staff!????????????????

I think she's wonderful. She really listens, I've never felt rushed, and she diagnosed a condition I had that my last Gyno didn't pick up for 7 years. Yes, sometimes I have to wait but never as long as my last doc. Her office staff is wonderful.

All good exept the waiting too much waiting way too much . My appointment was at 4 i came in 3:50 i waited for 1 hour for her to do her job its ridiculous.

Wonderful doctor. And wonderful staff everyone is kind and compassionate.

She is the best. You don't wait forever to see her, either. Very happy with her as my gyn.

She is very patient, wonderful bedside manner, attentive to your needs and concerns and always tries to fit you in if you need an appointment right away. Her office staff is equally as nice. Have been her patient for many years and will continue to be.

Been going to Dr Werner since I was a teenager. I'm 35 now and been very happy with her as my gyn. She delivered my 2 boys by c section and did a wonderful job. She's very patient, gentle and listens to all questions. She never rushes you either.

None at all. Dr. Werner ignored signs of a possible cancer or pre-cancer in my mother. So disappointed. I am not a doctor, but was able to determine that vaginal bleeding in a post-menopausal woman needs immediate medical attention. I have NO confidence in this doctor and would never recommend her to anyone.

I wanted to see if I needed to stop some meds before trying to conceive. Doc said she didn't know and would call me after she looked them up.she never called so i called to speak with the doctor some girl got on the phone and started looking up my meds in a book.The doc wanted blood tests and an ultrasound. The tech was awful, never been in been in so much pain from an internal ultrasound .I was never called with my result and when i tried to get them it took two week cause they lost the file
