After being ignored by dr Gresham with my child and almost losing her, the next baby, i was sent to dr ware who discovered i have MTHFR and FVL. Which could have killed me and my 6yr old. I would recommend her to any high risk mom. She leaves no stones unturned. She makes tou feel at ease. The only negative was she wasnt able to deliver my child.

We absolutely adore Dr. Ware. She is so knowledgeable and experienced. We were very anxious when we were first referred to a MFM doctor for potential complications, but she has taken her time each visit to explain what is happening, provide clear guidance, and has always given us options to make the best decisions for our baby. Her office staff is always so warm and professional. We know we are tremendously blessed to have such a fantastic physician and practice here in our town.

More interested in money than the safety of the baby. Most disappointing experience ever. I pray she or staff ever have to loose a child.

Told me I'd definitely need to be on blood thinners when that is no longer standard practice and 2 MFM Doctors have disagreed with that course of treatment since. The diagnosis wasn’t wrong so she is competent in her knowledge as a MFM but I felt completely uneducated on the next steps of my pregnancy. She gave a upsetting diagnosis and well wouldn’t come out and say options or what’s next . Maybe my OB was supposed to fulfill that role? her delivery of it was cold and well confusing in a very sad and upsetting time. Not sure I got lost through the cracks between her and my OB but I lost the pregnancy with little knowledge or help in what to expect in my second trimester or how to handle it. I’d say care was lacking in proper communication and I would not return to her. Also her staff made it extremely difficult to work with in releasing medical records. I finally went down and got them myself and dispersed them where they needed to go. Staff wasn’t exactly helpful nor did they have good customer service skills. So wasn’t happy with that especially with the delicate situation of my pregnancy. Would not pick again if I had a choice and do not recommend. Dr. Ware is a Phenomenal HIGH RISK OBGYN. she went above and beyond to support both myself and my husband throughout the duration of my pregnancy which was extremely complicated. I will admit that waiting in her office can be quite lengthy at either location , but this is due to the large number of clients that request her services . I was extremely appreciative of everything that she did to support our family ensuring that our baby was delivered alive and well contrary to being told that we should abort our son immediately at four months of pregnancy. I have the upmost respect for Dr. Ware. She delivered both of my children and was attentive to me and my needs. She was very informative and personable. My experience at the office was impeccable. Best OB/GYN ever in my opinion.

Dr Ware is amazing she handled my high risk pregnancy and I really enjoyed her so much, but as other people have stated ....the staff ruins the experience of having such a wonderful doctor. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone over the phone the portal is also impossible to get a response always a super long wait . I love doctor Ware but she should really consider replacing her staff. Dr. Ware and her staff are amazing to work with. They have helped me deal with a situation no mother wants to face and are extremely qualified and compassionate. I would highly recommend this office if you are facing a high risk pregnancy.

She's such an amazing doctor and has an amazing staff. My primary sent me to her and she helped answer questions he wouldn't even allow me to get out before telling me to go up front and schedule another appointment. I really wished I could've stayed with her. My primary is pushing my glucose test and my rhogam shot back because he forgot he scheduled a vacation for himself. By the time I'll have my next appoint mentioned I'll be 29 weeks. But I highly highly recommend Dr. Ware to anyone high risk she puts you at ease and will help you with whatever you're concerned about. Truly an amazing woman!! My daughter will soon be 8 years old and my experience with Dr. Ware was amazing. I had no issues with the staff and insurance as I was aware of my coverage and knew what to expect to pay after the office staff advised what the rates were. Dr. Ware is stern, but with good reason :) My girl had her umbilical wrapped around her leg so after trying natural delivery for several hours, she decided enough was enough; I had a C-Section and gave birth to a beautiful and healthy baby :) My incision healed wonderfully as well. Dr. Ware is the BEST there is in Fetal Medicine! She truly knows her stuff and has a great attitude toward her patients. I would like to throw one more comment in the mix as well, her RN Saretha is an awesome asset to the business. You just don't find their kind of compassion any more! Great job Dr. Ware's office and staff!

I had no problem with the care that I received at the office, but I am now having a serious issue with the agreed payment plan that was set up. The office randomly charged my account $515.00 when the agreed amount was $115.00 which had been coming out for at least 6 months. I’ve been trying to get my money refunded for at least 10 days now with no results. I’m always promised a call back, but have not yet received one since I began calling on January 28th. Be cautious

I LOVE Dr. Ware! I will never understand the other reviews - she (and her staff) were SO good to us. She's very thorough, so yes, the wait time may be a little longer but I appreciate the time she spends with each patient. She monitored every little thing with my daughter - thanks to her, I now have a happy and healthy 11 month old.

Dr. Ware is great! She took great care of me for my first pregnancy. However, her staff is VERY incompetent! I wasn’t notified of the amount that I would have to pay out of pocket after insurance was applied for my first child. Four years later, they want $1000 that my insurance didn’t pay. I’m pregnant with my second child, I requested a refill on my insulin before my vacation because I wouldn’t have enough to get me through vacation. I kept asking them about my refill. They waited until the day before to resolve the situation, and even then I had to let them know that I would be in Dr. Ware’s office if it weren’t resolved. The lady that answers the phone has no clue what she is doing. I had a serious situation going on with my current pregnancy, and she told me their nurse was on vacation. Then, I asked if I could speak with Dr. Ware. She said, “I guess I’ll have Dr. Ware call you.” To this day Dr. Ware hasn’t called me. I used their portal to send several questions. A week pasted, and I had heard NOTHING via phone or portal. I sent a message through the portal to ask the purpose of the portal if they weren’t going to repond. I finally got a response. It has been an ABSOLUTE whirlwind dealing with this office. Needless to say, my regular OB is referring me to a new high risk doctor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST! Dr. Ware is great! Dr Ware knows her stuff and is without a doubt very good at what she does. However her office workers are without a doubt the most incompetent human beings I've ever seen to be completely honest. I have no idea how they have jobs. They are incredibly rude, unaware of any circumstances going on medically and extremely unprofessional. My wife and I were having a very heartbreaking experience with our pregnancy due to complications and these office workers were delusional and completely neglected our feelings over this. Going as far as to offer congratulatory comments to us after we had just been told the worst news imaginable as parents by Dr. Ware. Following the visit we needed immediate access to our medical records for my wife to receive help. We had to call 10+ times over the course of 48 hours for them to finally send it. I love Dr. Ware and her staff members.. She has helped me out so much during my pregnancy letting me know everything that's going on and what's going to happen. Been seeing her since I was like 7 weeks pregnant. I am currently 36 weeks....

I was referred to Dr. Ware for three of my four pregnancies. I lost all faith in her office during and after my fourth baby. The office staff seem to operate individually, not as a team. I was made to pay a $40 copay each visit even though my insurance company never assigned them. It's been a year since my last visit and I'm still fighting to get those copays returned. The front office staff refused to check me in for appointments without paying upfront.

Absolutely the worst doctor experience I’ve had. I spent over 3 hours here twice while they removed me from the “nice” room to allow a white woman and her husband the room and put me in a tiny hole waiting for over 2 hours. The excuse was the other patients nurse couldn’t reach the table in th room I was in. Also, I have been paying $50 each visit when my insurance says I have 0 patient responsibility and told me to request a refund. Dr Ware asked me why I was there on my last visit.

Not pleased. The wait was 3 hours in the tiny waiting room. The 2 women working while I was getting my scan were very unprofessional. They were talking about another patient that lost her baby and chit chatting about a fall festival on what was the worst moment of my life. Doctor ware came in and didn’t even look at me when she gave me the diagnosis. I was left standing in the hallway crying because the staff put another patient in her office when I was supposed to be in there. Such a disaster.

I waited with two small children by myself for over 5 hours. I was scheduled for an appointment at 8am and I wasn't seen until 1pm and when I was seen I was rushed and didn't even get to ask any questions. I will never go back.

I absolutely ADORE Dr. Ware. But her staff is so unprofessional and caters to whomever they feel they would like too. She is worth the wait but the staff doesn't help at all, they are rude, lazy and shouldn't even have jobs there. The nurse that does my ultrasound is so incredibly rude and as soon as Dr. Ware shows up, she acts completely different. I absolutely hate going to this office and if I could I would try so hard to go to another and pay whatever just so I could feel a little better about what is going on around me. The nurses are way too rough and rude. I don't appreciate the way they treat expecting mothers or appreciate the way they cater to anyone who is the same race as them over helping out everyone the same way. Dr. Ware is great, but the way the office is ran ruins the experience. They're always overbooked. Takes 4-5 hours for a simple ultrasound appointment. The front desk lady can never schedule your appointments right. They'll give you one date on paper then send a whole different date and time through email so you have to call and tell them to fix it EVERY time. The nurses can be somewhat rude, but totally change their attitude when Dr. Ware is around. This has been such a terrible expirience for me. Dr. Ware and her staff are the best. Dr. Ware make sure you know everything that's going on with you. Very friendly and very professional. Making sure my pregnancy is going by wonderful with out any complications.

Love Dr. Ware! She is a very kind, caring and competent doctor. We lost our daughter last year at 21 weeks, she worked and fought for our little girl every step of the way. Baby number 2 is on his way and I'm back with her again. She has taken great care of me and baby boy. I know she can annoy some patients because things move a little slower. She is one of only 4 IFMDs here and the patient load is LARGE for all four. I would urge others to try to be more patient with her.

I didn't like the bedside manner and I'm pretty knowledgeable about my health however, she cut me off a few times and spoke to me as if I was dumb about what I have experienced. No positive outlook on much of any of the discussion.

This is not my primary doctor I was sent her for my anatomy scan. I have been sitting in the tiny over packed waiting room for over 2 hours and still have not been called back. They are way over booked, 6 women here all for scans. Absolute worst wait I have ever experienced, not enough chairs for the people waiting....it's very unpleasant.

Waited for almost 3 hours to be seen.

Very great doctor always made sure I had what I needed and everything was Ok very pleasant to be around made sure I understood every procedure that took place love love love Dr Ware
