I have been a patient of Dr. Roberts for 8 yrs and she has always been attentive and extremely kind. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019 a diagnosis she had to give me, she was so professional and I could tell how much she cared. I usually don’t leave reviews for anything but I had to look up the address, saw some of the negative reviews and was compelled to say a few words on her behalf. I have been going to Dr. Roberts for 15 years, she is a God, Dr. Roberts is the best Dr. in the country yes I said country, she is so caring, smart there isn’t any person in the medical field smarter then Dr. Roberts. Dr. Roberts cares about you and your health she sits with you for how ever long it takes, not like other Doctors 15 minutes they say goodbye Not Dr. Roberts, I have spent many of times in her office for a appointment it lasted for 30 minutes and more reason being she cares about you not the money, like I said she is Dr. GOD the best anyone could want or need.

My entire family sees her. It took a while to get our initial appointment, but we have never had a problem being seen since. She is attentive and knowledgeable. She calls back immediately and is accommodating. Best doctor I have ever had!!!

Dr Debra Roberts is the BEST!!! Very knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and is always going above & beyond for my entire family. I would highly recommend her!!!!

My experience with Dr. Robert's has only been positive over several years. I am able to get a same day sick appointment. She has always been thorough. I have never felt rushed or dismissed. She also employs a caring and welcoming office staff. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Robert is amazing. She provides excellent, compassionate care for my entire family. She isn't just treating one of us, she treats the family. Her staff is great.

Her office bills for seeing patients she has never seen!!! Im not a patient of hers nor have i ever been seen by her office but yet my BC got billed for a 400+ bill that was missed billed. If i hadnt checked my summaries of billed services i wouldnt of caught the payment that was paid by my insurance company. Its no wonder why we pay high insurance premiums! I have absolutely no issue with Dr Roberts, however, her extremely condescendingly rude and unprofessional staff is the reason for this one star, ESPECIALLY after I complained about a staff member and received a phone call from that staff member CONFRONTING ME about my complaint! I will be finding a new doctor and will never return to this practice again. Not to mention it is very difficult to set up an appointment ahead of time. They can never work with your schedule and literally ALWAYS talk to you in a condescending manner. Some of her staff would be better suited working with animals since they have no people skills. SHE is a wonderful doctor and a very kind person!!!!

She is a very nice person and a great doctor.

Dr. Roberts is one of the most caring & considerate doctors you could find. She takes the time needed during an appointment to answer your questions & never makes you feel rushed. Her staff is great as well.

Dr. Roberts is a physician that ask questions and listens. She is easily engaged; and as a result, I never leave feeling the appointment was rushed. I recommend Dr. Roberts to anyone who is looking for a PCP.

Been with his doctor for three years. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. Always asks questions of any concerns and always explains everything clearly.

Dr Roberts is a sweet and caring doctor. Her staff is rude, unprofessional, and I will not go back because of them. I have called dept of health based on their unprofessional behavior and it’s a shame because dr Roberts really is a great physician. I agree with the poster before me.

Doctor Roberts is a wonderful person. Her staff at Tollgate health is what gives this physcian 1 star. They are increbily RUDE. I've never felt so uncomfortable. No details need to be shared on a public post but they have literally made my life hell. I will never be going back to this place unless she has a new staff.

Worst Dr I ever had. Never tested me for anything and told me to go to the gym. I found out from my ENT Dr that I have IGA deficiency which is a serious condition. Dr Roberts looked at the same results I had and said there was nothing wrong. Find a better Dr. This one is horrible

Not just her but her predecessor bauer been going here for 2 years for elbow pain and nothing but it getting worse while they line their pockets with insurance money !! Well I give even do my job anymore thanks great help

Dr Roberts is kind, compassionate and trustworthy. She is very attuned and empathic, everything I'd hope for in a doctor. My partner and I both love her and are excited she will be able to also care for our child.

misdiagnosed me and have up another doctor she sent me to found lyme disease...in arrogance dismissed me with no reason...very unprofessional...only wants bandaid cases

Dr. Deb is such a wonderful doctor. She takes the time to really get to know her patients. She is very caring and empathic and makes wonderful recommendations for specialists in the area when needed. She has been practicing for many years and it comes across in her interactions. I highly recommend Dr. Deb!

Dr.Debra Roberts is the best Dr. I've been to, she's professional, highly skilled, compassionate, always accurate with her diagnosis, and friendly. I personally want to thank her for everything she has done for me!.....ur the best doc!!!!!!
