Terrible communication within the staff.. kept asking to speak to the owner in regards to a position. I was asked “what’s your name & number, I’ll have her reach out.” I called every day of the week, was asked the same question, & the message was never passed to the owner.

Doctor Price and her staff are amazing! If you want to look younger and beautiful this is the place to come. Im so happy on how my skin look. I truly recommend them as they are the best.

I strongly recommend Debra Price MD for both cosmetic and medical procedures. I have seen Terrie in the past and had an excellent experience and my recent experience with Dr. Price was just as amazing. She explained everything beforehand and made sure I always felt comfortable. I could tell right away she was a very humble and kind person.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Alexandra Price. the staff is always courteous and friendly and the office is always on time with my appointments. Was told I had an appointment today at 4, drove from Pembroke Pines to Kendall (50 min) took 2 hours PTO, to be told at the office that my appointment was actually for tomorrow. The girl who told me I had an appointment today said she messed up, but saw my dr had an opening at 430 and was going to ask her if she could see me. I waited and was told she couldn’t . The medical services I receive from Dr. Debra Price are Priceless! I have come to Dr Price for at least 15 years presenting with a variety of skin problems: sun damage, skin eruptions, basal cells, splotches, rashes and splinters. Dr. Price is so patient when I come to the office scheduled for one problem and then offer up three more skin problems. Dr. Price takes her time to examine, diagnosis and treat each problem that I present her with! She'll never say "make another appointment." She is gentle, thorough, and exacting. Awful experience at check-in today. I was scheduled for a follow-up after a mole removal. First, they're still requiring masks. Ugh. Then the young woman at the desk asked for a copy of my driving license. I asked why. Was told the copy they had on file had expired. I replied that I'm not driving anywhere, so why did they need a copy? They had already established my identity with my old one. I'm very careful about non-public information becoming public. I declined. The girl came back and said that if that was the case they wouldn't be seeing me today. I replied that they'd never see me again. That's that. Functionaries! They parking is terrible and just because we were looking for parking and we got there 11 minutes late the lady said she can not see us, YOU ARE SERIOUS..hey took months to give me an appoint but the way.. you serious you make people wait up to 30 minute to see and you could not give us few minutes ... terrible ORRR hate unconsidered staff and we were there the building just looking for their unit .. Went in for a hair loss consultation and was disappointed with how Gaitan quickly looked into it without any further question. It was a quick vague appointment and Gaitan only recommend me hair loss medicines which I end up never taking it. After a year, I got a phone call that I owed money even though I already made the copayment. They continued to bothered me for the remainder balance for a year and a half even though I never return to the office. Complete disaster all-around. And ironically, I never even had the chance to meet with the doctor! Had to wait over a month for my appointment. The arrival was worse. Parking is non-existent and valet is mandatory. Unfortunately, valet is also understaffed, so cars are being parked at a pace that makes even Dadeland seem like a giant Roadrunner. When I arrived and completed the requisite paperwork, I learned that I would not be seen because my primary insurance was out-of-network. Of course, this was after my car had already been parked by valet. I assured the staff that my secondary insurance was IN-network, and that they would cover the visit if my primary insurance didn’t. It was a typical practice that I was totally used to. Office manager then arrives and adamantly refuses to bill either of my insurances unless “both are simultaneously in-network”. Apparently, they’ve had “too many issues with secondary insurances not wanting to cover claims.” Mind you, I understand that one bad apple can spoil the bunch, but I actually had an agent from United (my secondary) on the phone at the time yelling at the top of his lungs: “TELL HER NOT TO WORRY!!! WE WILL COVER THE OFFICE VISIT WITHOUT A PROBLEM!!!” The office manager still sent me on my merry way. The doctor was nice, but I felt they brushed me off with my concern. She ran blood work and told me to a certain vitamins that her office sells. She said my blood work came back normal and that was it, no follow up appointment, no further research the issue. Nothing.

Waiting time is forever, if you wish to speak with the manager she is unavailable. The doctors I have dealt with are nice BUT ensure they do lab work before they start giving you ointment after ointment. By the time the doctors finally find what you have you have spent a lot of $$ on ointments that were not even for the skin issue.

Dr. Price & very kind & thorough. Just be prepared to wait over an hour to see her or any of the doctors in her office every time you come. Extremely frustrating how long you have to wait especially with little to no service in the building.

After many Dermatologist in my list I've decided to call this one. BUT, not only did they have me on hold for more than 3 mins. But they hanged up on me. This was just to make an appointment. Customer service in this city is going down the drain!.

Text message from office to confirm my appointment several days before, however when I appeared I was told that I would have to wait 1 1/2 hours to be seen. Obviously the office could have let me know at some point before my appointment but I guess my time isn't that important. Next.

After waiting at least two hours, I didn't feel that I got much in the way of medical care when it was finally my turn. I scheduled my appointment with this office with an objective in mind, but this doctor did what she wanted to do and didn't listen to me. I felt like a piece of meat being cut and labeled. I had been to this group before, but this was the first time I'd seen Dr. Price. I was clear about wanting her to focus on my face neck and arms, and specific lesions. I was also clear about not wanting a full body check. The doctor barely spoke to me. She worked on me taking more biopsies than we had agreed upon. I wonder if she even noticed that I was human and that she was hurting me. She was in a huge hurry and I found her to be aggressive and obtrusive. She made me feel uncomfortable. I really wanted her to recommend a good sunscreen to me, but she didn't give me a chance to ask her any questions, then zoom zoom zoom and off she went. She was in such a big hurry with me, but she took her time with the patients ahead of me. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early to be respectful, but she was two hours late. There was no warmth to the office. It had white walls, white floors, with the most uncomfortable white backless hard modular benches built into the floor which cut off the circulation to my legs. I felt like I was sitting in a wheel barrow with my butt down low and my knees up high. Seriously? I'd like to see Dr. Price sit in her own waiting room for as long as I had to. The elderly people looked so uncomfortable there. Seeing a dermatologist ranks right up there with going to the dentist or to a gynecologist which causes me the most anxiety and the stark white decor of the entire office conveyed "be afraid, be very afraid." The last time I was there for an office visit, I waited 2 1/2 hours. I got dressed and nearly walked out without being seen. I had the first appointment of the day and had to wait that long just for the doctor to to arrive at work to see me. Doctors are often behind with their patients because they are late just getting to their office in the morning. I don't know what the deal was this time, but they shouldn't be scheduling patient's appointments so close together unless they can meet their own schedule. It doesn't seem fair that us patients are expected to arrive on time for appointments for doctors who are routinely late. All doctors should allow extra time in the event that something unexpected should occur, but then I must remind myself that providing health care is more about big business and less about healing people and preventative care these days. Dr. Price definitely used my appointment to help herself get caught up because she barely gave me any time after waiting two hours. At this point, I'm not even sure if I'm going back. I left there upset. I found the staff kind, but the doctor, not so much. I can't say Dr. Price was rude to me, but I think she forgot I was there. She had an abrupt bedside manner with very little conversation lacking any attempt on her part to make me feel at ease. Aside from everything, I don't doubt for a second that Dr. Price is one of the best in her field. However, I still wasn't very comfortable during the time that I was there, and my experience left me feeling like I was on an assembly line. Dr. Price did not respect me or my time. Dr. Price fit the picture as she went to one of the top medical schools and did her residency at one of the premier Dermatology Programs. She proved that her expertise, knowledge and caring nature matched her outstanding training. After almost a year of unsuccessful treatments for a skin condition with another dermatologist, I was facing more aggressive therapies. I just returned from my fourth appointment with Dr. Price. There is no doubt in my mind, that I am in the right place. I've have had skin checks, injections and skin resurfacing - a wide range of services. Upon arrival, the staff is always pleasant (today I was offered a cold bottle of water as the drinking fountain water wasn't "super cold.) Because I did not set my watch back, I arrived an hour early. (My fault) I was taken back to the room for prep 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Dr. Price began my procedure right on time....she was pleasant, gently and professional - all at the same time. My husband was treated three times by different dermatologists for a "skin condition." Dr. Price biopsied it, only to find that it was precancerous. I have now scheduled an appointment for my daughter for a skin assessment. Dr. Price has a gentle touch and an artist's talent when performing cosmetic fillers and injections. As a former nurse, I can say unequivocally that it is important that a trained physician perform procedures such as these. My appearance, when done was natural, albeit, beautifully enhanced. If you want to wait over an hour plus then go... I’ll never come back .. staff is rude and they don’t respect your time!

Expect long delays (30 mins to an hour past appt time), especially if you are not friends with staff. If you are, they will skip others and take you right in.

I saw Doctor Gaitan. He obviously doesn't care about his patients. Just wants your money. you're just a number. Horrible parking problem. you have to use valet service. But when I went, valet was full, had to park at 4 blocks away and pay $10.00 for parking. Looks like a lot of the positive reviews are by the staff!

I waited for two hours. When I approached the girls, they were very efficient (and sweet.) I had a rash on my arm and was given prescription strength hydrocortisone. It's working and I'm grateful to have it. But I also wanted something for my hyperpigmentation. I was sold (and told that it works) Skinceuticals over the counter lightening serum with Kojic Acid. Granted, I didn't look at the ingredients, had I known it was Kojic acid I'd have said "thank you, but kojic acid doesn't work."I've had it made up for me in a very high strength, and it doesn't work. I realized what i'd bought when I arrived home. I had flaked out and forgotten to ask about the trentoin. I called minutes later and had them ask her about it. She said no and toback in 4 weeks and she'd talk to me about different treatment options then. That sounds perfectly reasonable, but I did so much research on what to do for my aging face that I really do know what would be effective. I've already tried all of the strong otc products. I'm not particularly interested in peeling, so I never went with trentinoin. I want the Retin-A. It's worth trying for my self esteem. If it's too harsh, fine. I'll stop. But give me a chance to find out. I should say that I saw Terri and she was very professional, did a thorough examination and I quite liked her, as well. I'm just disappointed. I would like my skin to look better. I do worry that if a dermatologist doesn't help me then I'll do something stupid and rash like purchase a Groupon for laser resurfacing or something. It's stupid but it bothers me and I think that should be something that a dermatologist addresses. especially with all of the advances in skin care. Bottom line, I can get prescription strength hydrocortisone from any dermatologist. I chose a woman because I thought there would be some more compassion toward my insecurities over aging. My first visit was because of severe acne that took a tremendous toll on my self esteem and after several visits my acne was cured with treatment. Just went back to see her for a cysts which was excised. Thank you for your years of excellent service!

The staff at Debra Price is absolutely phenomenal! I am a patient of Dr. Gaitan and he is always so detailed and helpful with any and every question I have. I've had three treatments of microneedling and have never looked or felt better :D

The first time I went to my appointment everything was good, not great but good. I was seen quickly and everyone was nice. Then when I went to my second appointment, I was checked in quickly in the front desk and I was taken to the room where I was going to be seen. There the assistant came and asked me questions and I thought the dermatologist would be quick, too. Well, the dr. Never came to see me even though I heard her saying that she had a patient. I soon decided to get up and leave. I don't know why I wasn't seen. What gets me angry is all the trouble I had to go through to get to her office that day. I give this practice 3 stars. For starters, I would like to say that the front desk staff is very pleasant. From calling to get an appointment, I was helped very professionally by the girl answering the phone. She was very helpful in answering the many questions I have as well as getting me the soonest appointment. When I was coming in for my appointment, I was lost and the same girl on the phones was kind enough to guide me to their office and even walked outside to look for me and made sure I made it in time for my appointment. The front desk staff at check-in was very helpful and kind. The two girls helping me check-in were very helpful and assisted me very well although checking in many more patients at the same time. When the medical assistant brought me into a room, she was very professional and thorough when asking me what I was coming into the office for and made sure all of my problems and questions were addressed by Dr Price. Dr's price was great! She had amazing bedside manners and was very professional in answering all of my questions and putting me on a regimen. I am very pleased with her treatment and understood everything I was being told to do. Here's where the bad parts begin to arise. When I was taking to the girl on the phones the couple times I called, there was a woman that's I could hear in the background that was screaming and cursing. I thought it was a one time thing but it seems like every time I called, it was the same woman cursing up a storm. When I came in for my appointment, I could hear a woman laughing and screaming from the back of the office and I would guess it would be the same woman. And it seems like this is normal there because I have friends that go there which referred me and they experience the same cursing in the background over the phone and in the office. I think that is very unprofessional. Overall, this practice is a 3 stars for the reasons given. I would recommend this office but the noise needs to go down for it to be a solid 5 stars. I moved to miami while I was in the middle of taking a very high dosage of accutane. I met with Dr. Wang and she was amazing! She told I should take a lower dose of medicine over a longer period of time to help reduce dryness and redness in my face. I took her suggestion and it change my last 4 months of the medication for the better!!! After finishing she gave me options on how to get raid off/ reduce my acne scars through an acid peel treatment the office offers! The office staff is also amazing! Always smiling and super helpful! They also send reminder emails about your appointments which is a huge plus for me! I just did my 1st acid peel today- excited for the results! I usually come here to see Dr.Terry, which I love and usually don't have anthing to complain about, but my last visit I waited 45 minutes to be called in. Then I find out she had a last minute biopsy so I could wait another 45 minutes to see her, or be seen by another Dr. I was not happy about this whatsoever. I have to take off work to be there and do not like being treated as though my time is not taken into consideration. Because of this incident I opted for the second option to see the other Dr., Dr.Wang. Dr.Wang was very pleasant and had great bedside manners. I felt comfortable talking with her and she was very concerned about helping me make sure I could get a much needed medication at a price within my budget. I would reccomend a friend to Dr.Wang. I started getting treated by Dr. Wang, and I have to say she was the nicest and most patient. Dr. Wang put me on a regimen for my acne and I have seen improvement and it has only been a few weeks. Elizabeth that does my peels is professional and very nice. Cant wait to see my final results.

Dr. Price is an excellent Dermatologist. She checked my body for skin cancer, removed an access from my face, and recommended a silk peeling and facial. My face looks better after the silk peeling; I am looking forward to having a facial done next week. I am impressed as to how soon I look better.

This place is super unprofessional! I went for a consultation, had nothing done and even after asking TWICE if there was a fee they told me no and after a 5 minute consult they wanted to charge me $135!! Ridiculous! I suggest you be careful with this place! They're all scammers!!

I did not even get to see the dr. I waited for 30 min in their ghetto waiting room. I went to the desk 3 times and once when they called my name.
