Dr. Deborah Murdock is a talented and gifted acupuncture practitioner who performs her art supported by an excellent staff. Unlike many acupuncture patients whose symptoms are pain, mine were Anxiety, Sinus Infections, Sleep Disturbances, and Low Energy. I have suffered severe Anxiety for 40+ years and have been on two psychoactive medications during that period, After the first treatment I found significant relief from my Anxiety. The relief was, and has been so great, that I am working with my M.D. to ween off both medications. After the second treatment, the lowered Anxiety level enabled me to have not only a better focus, but a much more positive mind during my morning meditations. I have gained insights into myself, which I have read is a common experience after acupuncture. Also, after the second treatment, since my sleeping has been inconsistent, I took a nap on a Saturday afternoon and slept five hours. On Sunday my nap lasted four hours. Dr. Murdock's initial consultation is a series of three weekly treatments. Within that time frame, I am to understand that one should know if acupuncture is an effective modality for their issues. I am fortunate that acupuncture is an effective means of helping my health issues. Dr. Deb Murdock is an extremely knowledgeable practitioner of her art. She shares the history of her chosen acupuncture techniques, and what is potentially achievable through their application. As she places the therapeutic needles, she explains them, what area(s) of the body they affect, and the potential benefit. I found Dr. Debbie to very down-to-earth and personable. She focuses on enabling one to heal. I resonated with her personality, caring attitude, sincerity, integrity, and her serene presence. If you consult with Dr. Deb Murdock, I hope that you experience the results that I have been fortunate enough to have achieved. I am continuing my acupuncture treatments. My thinking, I will achieve freedom from two psychoactive medications, a more restful sleep experience, increased energy, an enhanced meditation experience, and sinus infections that are less severe and/or occur less often. Awesome experience! I have noticed significant improvement in my complex nerve pain for several days after acupuncture. Dr. Murdock takes time to explain the acupuncture procedure and she elicits the patient's feedback in order to tailor treatments to your individual needs. Additionally, the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The office, bathrooms and treatment rooms are spotless. Parking is also very convenient. Awesome experience!
