Waited over 2 hours. I left the office. Staff very rude.

Dr. Loney showed no concern after a surgical error which left my voice altered nor did she provide any recommendations when I inquired. Instead I had to see a different ENT who was empathetic and concerned, providing options to recover. As a physician myself, I would not recommend her.

Arrived before 2:30 new patient appointment, completed paperwork and turned in promptly was not asked for copay for another 15-20 minutes which was at 3:06pm payment was processed. At 3:30 asked front desk how much longer been waiting for an hour already where front desk replied we were not checked in until 3:10. How is that possible? Finally taken to room approximately 3:40 only to sit again for another 30 minutes and still NOT seeing Dr Loney. Front desk is VERY RUDE and Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Would rather talk to her co worker about how her husband thinks she’s fat and says he looks like a clown and even made a comment “I dare her to try and fire me” (One would think if there was down time phones would have been answered and messages returned as you can not reach office OR leave a voicemail. Took a over a week to reach office to schedule appointment.)At one point front desk person said if you don’t like you can leave… Seriously! Not a way to run or manage the office / front desk.

Dr. Loney was a very pleasant Dr to deal with, but her office/Nurse Susan is by far the most unprofessional careless person I've ever met in my entire life. after giving me a phone call on Friday almost 6pm to tell me that I had possible thyroid cancer and tell me that a biopsy was needed, she refuses to have Dr. Loney call me back and told me that Dr. Loney wouldn't be calling me back soon, when I asked her when I should expect the call back, I was told a under terming time. say what?? the nurse Susan should be prohibited from contacting patients, after telling all this to my family Dr. He sent me elsewhere. AVOID this office as much as you can. I really don't think they know what they are doing here.

Dr. Loney is an exception doctor. She has performed three different surgeries on me and I have not experienced any complications and I am scheduled for a fourth one with her soon. She is always professional and personable. I recommend her highly to anyone needing a great ENT. You may have a little wait in the waiting room but you see why when you are in the exam room with her as she patiently explains your medical needs. I love her. Keep up the excellent work!!

This practice performed surgery on me, which was not properly done and now I have to have surgery again ( not with this Dr) to fix what they did and more. The staff is horrible and unprofessional, waiting time is absurd. The phones have been for the past month forwarded to an answering service because they are always short staffed. If you love yourself and care about your health DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE !!!!!

I'm being ignored by this doctor. Office visit Feb. 1 , 2021 ordered a CT prior to the surgery she was to due. Feb 12th she got the results , Feb 24th she called and said she cant do the surgery she is referring me to Miami here I sit 15 days later and the situation is getting worse and she hasnt referred me or called me back , I've called 4 times and went there in person once.

My mom and I waited 3 hours to see the doctor and never had the opportunity to do so. Four other patients were waiting to see her when around 5:36pm my mom was informed that the doctor had an “emergency” at the hospital. All four patients (some there before my mom) left the office. When my mom asked for a refund they responded “we don’t know how to do that”. I failed to mention that there are only 4 seats in the waiting room less than 6 feet apart. However if you sit outside you could miss hearing your name called. Don’t worry you should set a timer for 3 hours and you could possibly get your name called. My family and I will be finding my mom another physician. We don’t have time to keep moving our schedules around to sit around for 3 hours. I don’t feel there was an emergency that an ER staff couldn’t handle that she had to leave 4 patients for.

Dr.Loney performed my surgery beautifully and I felt so confident in her. I would 100% trust her and feel like she was so personable to talk to. The office staff were very nice post surgery and accommodated me.

Dr. Deborah Loney is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor. I had a Thyroidectomy in 2013 and I received the best care and I did not have any complications during my recovery. Thank you Dr. Loney

Dr. Loney is nice and personable but has an unorganized office and there is usually a 3-4 hour wait. I have been asked to leave and return. If she is delayed at the hospital they don’t call to tell you or reschedule. I’m going to find another practice after having this experience three times. No consideration for patient’s time.

Dr Loney is simply the BEST i love her because she figure out the problem and find a solution for that problem, she takes the time to answer all my questions, and she provides follow up, shes very caring.

I think Dr Loney is the best doctor. She really takes the time with you and you don't feel rushed. She also answers all questions. If your really concerned about something she will draw picture to explain everything. She is patient and you can joke around with her. She always makes me feel comfortable.

After being admitted to the hospital, my son was treated for what was indicated as mononucleosis and tonsillitis. His throat and tonsils were so enlarged he was having difficulty breathing. Dr. Loney was assigned to my son and immediately she saw my son’s medical issues and changed his course of treatment. Less than 24 hours later she performed surgery and removed not only his tonsils but two enormous abscesses that were causing a resistant infection to circulate though my child’s body. She clearly explained each step and made sure to personally see us before and after not only the surgeries but every day we were in the hospital. Dr. Loney treated my son as a person, not a patient. She saved him from a potentially fatal situation. Excellence is the only term that defines her.

My son was brought to the Palms West ER this past Tuesday. We saw the ER physician and were told he had an infection and abscess but would need a specialist to examine him. Dr. Loney was able to isolate and identify the root of what was causing my son’s illness and within 24 hours she completed surgery for him. My son was so very fortunate that we were assigned to Dr. Loney. Dr. Loney treated my son as a person not as a patient and she remained with us from start to finish. Excellence in action

Worst office ever. Cannot reach anyone, and when we do dr. Looney never gets the message.

Dr. Loney is extremely focused on her patient. When she walks through to your room she is fully attentive on you and your needs. Very down-to-earth talks in a way that you can comprehend whatever she was explaining. Takes as much time as necessary to explain what is going on with you. if surgery is needed she's is very detailed about what type of surgery. what is going to be done and what the expectations are after surgery. And your recovery which she is with you 100% of the way.

I arrived at 3:15pm for a 3:30pm appointment. They were surprised that I was there, saying there were no more appointments for the day and that the doctor had already left for the day. I told them that I did too have an appointment. as I had called the day before asking to be seen ASAP because I was in pain. Then one of them changed it to the doctor had to go to the hospital for an emergency. I don’t know which time she was telling the truth, but I felt it was before I had complained.

My kids love her and they call her doc McStffins my kids are now 6 and 8 ... we have been with her 6 years my oldest has gotten tubes twice and she even gave her green tubes and her and her sister could look in eachother ears and see the tubes Hehe ???? Amazing doctor inside and out

Had my first appt. with Dr. Loney this morning. Dr. Loney saw me within 5 minutes of appointed time. Once greeted, Dr. Loney took time to listen to my issues, she also took the time to explain to me what she thought was going on. Never felt rushed and she wasn't trying to send me in for unnecessary CT, MRI, or x-rays. Very professional and probably the best Dr. visit I've had in FLA in 10 years. Dr. Loney was able to isolate and resolve issue within this visit. Office staff was also very nice.

3hr wait no response no appology from anyone in the office. I was scheduled,filled out paperwork,waited over 2 more hrs. Never even called back. I asked few times they said they overbooked please come back that fri at 9:30 we would be seen first and taken care of. We arrived at9:15 an hour went by no one acknowledging my name on top of list i put infront of them or myself.No Dr Loney? I left! Called Wellington ENT. Computer shows Loney notes say they saw me and i had a hearing test??Lol OOS.????

Poor surgery. Post-surgical CT still showed sinus blockage. No plan of care developed by Loney. 2nd opinion confirmed Loney conducted poor surgery. Patient scheduled for repeat surgery with in 6 months of initial surgery...a surgery that normally <3% of population requires repeat surgery for this procedure.

Dr. Loney is an exceptional physician who cares about the wellbeing of her patients. It's also quite evident that she is passionate about what she does. Her knowledge, attention to detail and her patience combined with her love of her field makes her a top notch doctor in my opinion. I've had experience with a few different ENT's before her and there is absolutely no comparison. She's the best.
