All employees were very professional. Dr. Morgan showed me what was going on with my eye and the tear in my retina and was contacting CEI for my continued care. I am very thankful for their care.

My overall exam at Foresight was fine. Friendly staff & clean office. However, my one star comes from the communication aspect from the staff members, or lack-thereof. It took me about three weeks to get into Foresight - playing phone tag with the receptionist and not receiving calls back after voicemails left. When I finally got scheduled, there was a mishap with my insurance (on Foresights end), and received a text canceling my appointment. Only to receive a text 30 minutes later that my appointment was reinstated because they entered my insurance wrong. None of the above was the real issue, though. The real issue came about when I requested a copy of my prescription for my records. I mean it's MY prescription, so I should be given a copy, right? Wrong. The person I was communicating with over this was extremely rude, her name is Sheila, and would not provide me with a copy of my prescription via email. She provided zero explanation why and said I needed to stop in to grab a copy or that it would be sent in the mail. It doesn't help that their hours are next to none and give a very small window to actually stop in there during business hours. I've worn glasses / contacts for 22 years and have NEVER had to physically go to my eye doctor to obtain a copy of my prescription. And their refusal has nothing to do with releasing "medical records" via email -- it's a contact prescription for crying out loud. I've had surgery & X-ray records sent via email upon completion of a Medical Release form. They don't even offer that at Foresight. I believe the refusal to send via email is due to the lack of knowledge from the staff. I don't think they are familiar with how to send copies of things via email. In 2023 that is just not acceptable from a technology standpoint. If you are over 50 and enjoy snail mail / having to physically go somewhere, this is a great doctor for you. If you are more familiar with technology, a busy professional, and enjoy the ease of having things sent to you electronically, this is NOT the place for you. Foresight is definitely not with the times of technology / meeting the demands of it's customers. This experience would have been a lot better if Sheila was more kind and knew how to communicate like a professional 60 year old woman.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

My appointment was on time. Staff was very friendly. Dr. Morgan was exceptionally thorough and spent plenty of time with me.

Dr Wright and staff are professional and courteous. Eye exam is thorough. Office is convenient to get to in downtown Blue Ash. She is in network with our insurance. It's a win, win, win.

Dr. Wright and staff are professional and personable . I have trusted her with my vision exams and needs since 1989. Awesome doctor and lady.

I feel well taken care with Dr. Wright and Dr. Morgan. I recommend them for anyone looking in the area for a new Optometrist.

The whole staff is great!

Great experience, always prompt and on time with appointment times. She invests in her practice, state of the art technology. Thorough exam process, I always feel confident, after my exams, that I'm in good shape. The staff is customer focused and professional.

Dr. Wright and staff are very friendly and efficient. I love that she uses state of art equipment to assist in eye examinations.

Professional., courteous, and personable. Staff always make you feel welcome and appreciated. Very nice and varied collection of glasses to peruse.

Visited Dr. Wright for my annual checkup. All went very smoothly. The office is very well organized with all tests being done very efficiently. I feel very good about the care I have received throughout the years.

I was seen very quickly and have always had a very professional and friendly experience. I have had minor issues with my contacts from time to time and Dr. Wright as always found a solution or offered suggestions. I would recommend her to others.

the eye examinations are fine and Debora Wright is very clear and responsive. but this is the second time they didn't handle my VSP insurance correctly, even though I cautioned them in advance (due to the previous error) 5 stars otherwise In reply to your response, where you claim "this is the system" -- first, my optician called VSP yesterday and the VSP rep said that you do not understand how to use their system correctly. This all tied up my time, the optician, and those waiting in line for her. So, I recommend that you all call VSP to "see if there is something to be done in the future" as you say second, even if "this is the system" -- then it would be more polite to tell me that upfront, rather than act as if there's no issue, because that would have saved me and the optician lots of time and hassle the eye examinations are fine and Debora Wright is very clear and responsive. but this is the second time they didn't handle my VSP insurance correctly, even though I cautioned them in advance (due to the previous error) 5 stars otherwise … More

Great service! I felt very comfortable talking with Dr. Debora Wright during my eye exam. She diagnosed the problem and made a solution! She helped me pick out new glasses!

My visit was wonderful but I do have one suggestion. While you are figuring out the final cost of the glasses, please include the client so he/she can know the cost of each component in the final price so that the patient may have more control over the final amount.

Dr.Wright services have always been great especially during emergency times. There is no other place I would like to be served. I am able to maintain good eye health because of Dr. Wright. Thank you Dr. Wright and your staff for quality service!!

The best! Highly recommend the knowledgeable staff and high tech up to date equipment.

Dr. Wright is fantastic. She takes her time and she gets to know her patients. She listens to what the patient says and doesn’t push people to spend money. I find visits to her office to be very comfortable and that she really cares about my eye health.

Everyone, from the receptionist who makes first contact, to the final check out and everyone in between is kind, polite and helpful. Dr. Wright is an excellent eye doctor. She is able to explain everything clearly.

So glad I found this place. It looks more like a trendy hotel than an eye doctor and the staff is so friendly. They also have topnotch equipment. Even though one of new machines was down, I was still impressed. I will be going back.

Dr Wright’s practice is very well managed. Staff is kind and professional. She is personable and actually knows/updates her memory regarding my medical history/issues at each appointment. I definitely feel cared for and listened to by her.

Always professional and friendly. More importantly they use the most current technology and a guaranteed great exam. As a diabetic this is a very important exam each year for my eye health. Three years ago the exam caught an issue early on that enabled my physician to work with me and fully correct. Thank you Dr. Wright!

When I called as a new patient and the receptionist that answered the phone was extremely rude! She acted like I was putting her out by calling to schedule a new appointment. When I called back to speak with the office manager I got put in touch with Dr. Wright and she had no problem with the way her receptionist spoke to me. If she is fine with her new patients to be treated this way I am worried about how she treats her existing patients! Good luck with this place! UPDATE: There was no apology. We’ve come here to help our son with his CRT contact lenses. We’ve struggled with rude check in staff and errors in scheduling. I understand that during covid times, the wait room is restricted in terms of total patient population, and we are happy to adhere to any policy (we prefer it). However, during our second visit my son was struggling with his contacts and my significant other and I were attempting to help. We were rudely told that only one person could be there as the waiting room was getting filled up. Honestly we are happy to support our HCPs, but there was no need to terrible attitude. Today, we had an appointment to see Dr Wright in the morning but we’re told it is scheduled for tomorrow morning instead. When I scheduled this appointment, the front desk person took some time as she had some sort of issue. I confirmed three times to ensure we all got it right, and yet it was one full day off. Given the time off from work for me and the time off of school for my son, this was extremely frustrating. Thankfully the doctor was willing to give us a time in the afternoon, hence the two stars (rather than one). We’ve come here to help our son with his CRT contact lenses. Always great service and great people. Fantastic place for one stop. Annual eye exam and then plenty of choices of frames. Just an efficient office and well run

Dr. Wright and her team are kind and professional. Their office is very clean and the equipment is all high tech. Your eyes are in excellent hands. I love buying my glasses from there too. I wrote my original review years ago but the same quality of service still applies now.

Dr. Wright is highly professional coupled with a calm, warm and reassuring manner. She explains your eye health in understandable terms. Everyone in the office mirrors Dr. Wright's professionalism and friendliness.

I've been with Dr. Wright since 1999. I started on Montgomery Rd by the UDF. She provides excellent service, her staff is just as awesome and that's why I keep going back! They also disclose all fees up front (Optomap) instead of you receiving a surprise bill in the mail. Nobody likes surprises. Thank you Dr. Wright! You and your team ROCK! Went to an eye exam with my wife and was told to go sit in the car! This is absolutely absurd! Will never be back and will discourage my wife from ever going again! The old lady at the front desk was also rude! Is this America?
