I've seen Dr. Veselka for years, she is a great GP and always listens when I come in for yearly appointments. She has great bedside manner and the entire staff is very friendly

I've seen Dr. Veselka November 2021 for physical exam and also complain about having ear ache, but was not satisfied with her service. She only did was listening my lungs thru stethoscope. She didn't even check the my ear. I have to wait for another 15 mins to have check my ear because it was part of issue to see her. First impression with Dr. Veselka is not good, I can see thru out the years seeing dr. she is the one that never really care the patient. I will never go back there again. There was no real introduction or building of a relationship. This was my first visit at this location (because I recently moved). This was my annual physical exam. The only time she touched me was when she used her stethoscope. The medical assistant was very friendly. She became nearly hostile when I told her I’ve decided not to get the COVID19 vaccine. She told me about certain death if I didn’t get the vaccine and got the virus. There was also pressure to get a tetanus booster shot. There was a strong suggestion to use their nearby Walgreens pharmacy instead of the other location that was more convenient for me. We should connect before making a correction. When you are a doctor or any other job with direct customer contact, it is expected to be kind at least. I came for help. She was abrupt, almost to the point of being a bully. Will I return to this location? Yes, but it will be with a different doctor.

Don't know where she went to med school but needed my bioidentical HRT meds refilled and she decided I should be over menopause by now. Needless to say never went back and no I'm not over it. Don't waste your time.

Went to her with terrible pains in abdomen and she told me I was just constipated and sent me home. Come and find out I had to get my gallbladder removed. Worst doc I ever seen. 5 mins and she was done.

The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional

Gave me three minutes of her day, glazed over the mental health portion of my sheet, and pushed me out the door. Not a good listener, which is the poorest trait a doctor could possibly have. Our family will not be back. Unacceptable care.

Both the professional staff and administrative staff are excellent. Dr. Veselka was on time and met with me early. She has the ability to put you at easy; listens to your description of the problems; and response in both a medical and lay person language. Dr. Veselka and her staff ensure you understand the issues; how to solve the issues; and, if required, what and how to use the medication required.

Worthless. Good for nothin. No help at all. Waist of time. Never again!!!!!!!!

If you like straight-forwardness and appreciate a no-nonsense approach, you will like Dr. Veselka. She will tell you as it is in a friendly and professional way. I've seen her twice now and will go back.

Dr. Velselka is wonderful! Always willing to listen and I appreciate that she gets to the point really quickly and gives me several options.

Do not trust this woman with your loved one. She will give out pill's that will hurt them, and she doesn't care what happen's to them.

Dr Veselka is very rude and doesn’t listen to the patient’s needs. I needed a refill on my scripts because the doctor I was seeing retired through the same company. She accused me of being on a high dose and wouldn’t refill my prescription telling me I had to see a specialist. I stated so you’re telling me you’re OK with me just going off my prescription like that and she walked out the door. She can clearly see my medical history and what my previous doctor was prescribing me. Unprofessional!!

Find another doctor!! She made up bogus conditions for me on my lab tests and now my insurance won't pay! Asked her about shingles shot and she told me that I'm too young. Had to be over 65 (I'm 58). Perhaps she doesn't keep up with the new vaccines?? Shingrix has been approved for people over 50. Anyway, she then told me she does no vaccines in her office! WHAT?? A doctor that doesn't do vaccines?? Find another doctor!!

I will never go back to this office. Staff is not friendly. Dr Valsaka was not taking care of me well and I spent 4 days in the hospital.

Came in with terrible stomach pains and just got told I was constipated and come to find out I needed my gallbladder taken out. Will never see her again. App was only 5 mins and that's what she told me.

I appreciated my visit w\Dr. Veselka, she seems no-nonsense, professional, and friendly. She discussed my condition in an approachable way, she seemed genuinely attentive, paying attention to my real-life experiences with my condition. I look forward to more visits and have recommended this doctor for my wife, who is looking for a new GP.

This is not a doctor to go to. Very scatter brained and put me on too many pills and did wean me off of them This lead me to being the the icu for 4 days . I don't know what she was going through when this happened but she should not be practicing medicine.

I have been a patient for two years and if I could change doctors I would. Been with Cshp for 40 years and I been on disability for 16 years. She just now asked about my disability. When asked to see a back Dr she said I didn't need one yet. Wow that is why I am on disability.

Dr Veselka is a great doctor! She listens to you and gives good choices and gets you taken care of right the first time.
