So friendly! I went as a child when it was dr. Johns and now my girls go and love it. I had a sibling super traumatized by small smiles that we took here and they helped him so much and so patiently. Kind staff, my kids love going!

Dr. O'Neil is simply the best, she is amazing with all children.

I have had the same insurance issues with the office staff. I was told by my insurance and by the office staff on several times that our visit is covered and they are in network and I would have no out of pocket. They wanted me to pay upfront after I confirmed with them at the time of the apt what I spoke to them about earlier that day. This apt was in JULY, the decided to not take my contractual write off ,and balance bill me. I would have paid if I had gotten a statement. The rude lady stated that they only ever sent me 1 statement and REFUSED to believe I did not get it. I told her that I understand about paying bills as I work in collections. She continued to get nasty with me and rude demanding I pay her right then and there. If I spoke to the patients that I work with like that I would be fired!! I am looking for a new dentist for my child, if the office staff is horrible then what is the clinic staff treating my child like. I have had the same insurance issues with the office staff. I love Dr Oneill. I love the hygenists. However, the office staff has been very rude to me on both occasions Ive been there. Even when presented with every single piece of information for insurance purposes they wanted me to pay up front before filing with our insurance. Which is one they accept. I was also given dental codes to call my own insurance to see what amount they would cover. I have lived in 5 different states and had numerous dentists. I have never had staff so unwilling to help with basic insurance issues. If it persists i will reluctantly be searching for a new dentist. I would be sad to leave Dr Oneill I love Dr Oneill.
