Good therapist, been with her for 3+ years, other reviews say bad things but I've had nothing but swell experiences; only taking online appts for now though due to covid

Deanna is a very good therapist. I started seeing her at a time very difficult, perhaps one of the most difficult times, of my life. I went to others before seeing her but none were as helpful nor as experienced in the type of therapy I needed. I have come such a long way from where I was before seeing her and I couldn’t be more grateful for the work we’ve done.

Room is dusty and smells of smoke, doctors intake forms to look MORE depressed, overcharges co-pay, sends erronious bills but does not answer calls to clarify, has made ZERO attempt to call insurer, makes casually racist and insensitive comments during session, does not listen and has to be repeatedly reminded of what was said, followup appointment was promptly canceled. Awful provider, shocking she provides mental health, of all things, services.

Does not care about the patient. Left a voice mail for my wife 45 minutes before her appointment that was confirmed by text from Ms. Chaplin stating she didn’t show up and that other people wanted the appointment and she charges $60 for no shows. Nothing about making sure she was ok when she wasn’t there, even though her appointment was a hr later. When searching her name got 2 different names but same address and photo. Sounds like a scam to me.
