She is professional and very gentle

I love this office!! I have sciatica, but was nervous to seek chiropractic help because I was scared it would hurt. Luckily I found Dr. Lanahan who utilizes techniques outside of manual manipulation for her adjustments and it’s amazing! I was made aware of what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover and the costs associated with my visit BEFORE I saw the doctor so I knew exactly what services I would be paying for if I chose to have them performed. I'm traveling around the US and was excited to find someone that uses an activator type device. I get migraines when I'm out of alignment so I was appreciative that the office was so responsive and quick. They were very clear and upfront about all costs before I was seen. The prices are reasonable. Dr. Lanahan was comprehensive in her exam and she quickly found all of my problem areas. Thank you! If you have caresource don’t go here they’ll trick you into paying something the is covered by caresource and they’ll tell if caresource covers it theyll refund you. When they know that the way they bill it caresource won’t cover it!

I have used 9 different Chiropractors in the Cincinnati area and the only one that has fixed my back & neck was Dr. Deann Lanahan. Her treatments are the latest techniques offered and they work. She listens to your concerns, addresses the problems and is a master at removing pain from the body. She will always be on my team when I over-do it and it's comforting to know I don't have to live with pain anymore.

She is very good to me and she is patience with me when I have few year that I have back problem and Thank you Dr Lanahan.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lanahan. I have been seeing many different chiropractors in six US states and London, England, for over 30 years due to three different spinal traumas starting when I was 16. Of all the chiropractors I've seen regularly over the years, Dr. Lanahan is in my top two. The technique she uses is gentle so it doesn't hurt as much after an adjustment. I experienced almost immediate relief of a problem that I'd had for six months after only one visit. I received a cost sheet my first visit and knew the insurance coverage before I went, which I think is my respsonsibility. Maggie, the office manager, is also great. Love her! I was not impressed with the quality of work done at this office. I was looking for a new chiropractor in the Cincinnati area to get treatment on my back while in school. They were not upfront about what my insurance would cover prior to my visit and were very hesitant to give me any information upfront on what I would be paying. On the first visit, my doctor took me back and immediately did x-rays without even asking if I had already had them at my previous chiropractor. She did not inform me on the outrageous cost that I would receive later on. I went for 3 visits and was finally told that my insurance was a $200 deductible with a 20% copay. The treatments actually made my back hurt worse. I received a bill for $180 in august, about a week after I had the three visits. I thought this would be it, but in March, I am not receiving another bill for $50 (7 months after I had visited this office). I have had to pay almost $250 for three doctor visits that in no way helped. I am very frustrated with this chiropractor and feel that Dr. Lanahan did not have my best interest in mind and clearly was not looking out for her customers. I will continue to search for a great chiropractor in the area that my insurance covers. I now realize the shadiness of certain doctors in these specialty practices, and I will not be a victim of their carelessness again.
