Dr. Dean Kleto

Dr. Kleto did my breast augmentation. At the consultation he said that I would need the teardrop implants along with a breast lift and that he would make my areolas normal size. I expressed concern with being able to breast feed when I had a child and if any of these procedures would affect that. He assured me it wouldn’t. (Should have done my own research, but I listened because he’s the Dr.) After having my bandages removed, my implants were round and both we completely misshapen. He did do another surgery, still keeping the round implants, because he said that he never told me he was going to use the teardrop implants. Even though I had another person with me and could back me on him saying so. He did not fix my areolas either surgery. My breast still looked horrible after the second surgery. He never took after photos. That’s when you know they know they’ve done a poor job! They do not want records of a bad breast aug. Also, I was NOT able to breastfeed. During a lift, they remove the nipple, and they cannot place it back correctly with the milk glands. He lied from the start. I would not recommend him! Dr. Kleto did my breast augmentation. I love Dr. Kleto, he is upfront and honest. Had breast augmentation done 4 years ago and now I'm going back to size up. He will tell you the truth and help you get to your ultimate body goal that you want to achieve.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kleto!!!! He and his office are all amazing, helpful, kind, and caring!!! I am extremely happy with my augmentation! I don’t recommend Kleto to anyone. Went to him for breast revision and he never wanted to hear me explain what I wanted them to look like. Only thing he would say is he can’t make me look like Dolly Parton. Very rude. He replaced my old implants with new ones that are the same size. To me he is a thief. I hope he doesn’t take advantage of anyone else. If you’re wandering why I went to him he told me there was a recall on my old implants and the new ones might be free because of that. Of course he charged me for them tho.

Do not recommend.. had breast augmentation a year ago by Dr.Kleto. Within 8 months right breast is hard and misshaped. Have went back to see him several times over this and he tells me that it is “dumb luck” and they are “sisters, not twins”. He performed abdominoplasty on me. His office manager did a great job answering my questions before the procedure. The after care was not the best. I feel like the work done could have been better, but it is a big improvement. I would not use again or recommend.

While his surgical skills are excellent, I would not recommend him at least for breast reconstruction after mastectomy. He did not provide sufficient information prior to the surgeries about what could be accomplished and what results should be expected. This led to dissatisfaction on my part such that I sought a second opinion of the results (as he recommended I do). After finding out I had done so, he dismissed me from his practice and I had to find another surgeon to handle my follow up.

Dr. Kleto performed upper and lower eyelid surgery Sept. 2015, it is now Jan. 2016 My eyes look 20 years younger! I now have an almond shaped beautiful eye and With More Eyelashes and I am constantly complimented especially by my husband, Thankyou Dr. Kleto for an Amazing outcome...Job Well Done.

We told him there was something wrong from the first post on appointment,and he would look at her and say everything looks fine to me. Even when she had a staff infection he still said everything looks fine to me. Well 3 months later he finally decided he needed to go back in and see why she wasn't healing. Finally we think. Then we get to the hospital and they say you have to pay $275.00 before you can u have the surgery. We don't have the money for this. It's his screw up he needs to pay it.
