Dr. Dean Ting-Yuan Chiang

The greediest office I have come across yet. Their main concern is squeezing every penny they can from their patients. I canceled an earlier appointment with them because they called and told me the usual $40 copay wouldn't apply to me because I hadn't mey my deductible so I would have to pay $200 plus for my visit. I had never had that before. The copay is fixed and shouldn't be altered. I then went to an ENT Dr who referred me to Dr Chang's office again for an allergy test so I decided to give it another try. I paid $40 for a consultation and was set up for the allergy test. I came back today for the test and was told I had to pay another $40 copay and yet another $40 for the test itself. I'm sure it would have been yet another $40 to read the test at a later date plus whet ever they're going to bill the insurance. I can't recommend this office to anyone and have called the ENT to let them know how they are taking advantage of people and collecting every penny they can from them on top of wherever they are billing. It's too bad because Dr Chiang himself seems to be thorough and caring but the office practices indicate otherwise. Stay away unless you want to shell out a fortune. The greediest office I have come across yet. Their main concern is squeezing every penny they can from their patients. Doctor Chiang, is a really good allergist. Though the shots weren't effectively helping me (May to August) , and I had some gripes about the office process taking up too much time, he was very considerate with me and let me call it quits without any pressure or threats. Make sure you really need the shots because if you don't, it is a large amount of time to give up. I am thankful to get my time back to focus on more pressing health matters. Dr Chiang is helping a lot with my allergies

Allergist, go there once a month for my shots. Staff are friendly & helpful. Dr. Chaing is personable & very thorough, would recommend to friends & family.

Unfortunately this company is actually a scam. Buyer beware.

Dr. Chiang was friendly and polite during my visit. However, I have never encountered such unprofessional front office staff in my life. I was given incorrect information, yelled at, and hung up on several times while trying to resolve a billing issue after my appointment.

Dr. Chiang is a really amazing allergist, and also a really nice guy. He's always kind, really listens, and never rushes through your appointment. I would recommend him to anyone!
