The staff is very pleasant. Wait times were not bad. Dr Cassimatis is to the point.

This five star review is for DR. CASSIMATIS! He's a great guy and doctor. Friendly, courteous, informative, and knowledgeable to address my needs and/or situation. His staff on the other hand should really get themselves in ORDER! Particularly, "NANCY!" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I called the office regarding a procedure I was having and she was VERY RUDE, DISMISSIVE, AND INCONSIDERATE, concerning my needs! She also told me that,what I was saying was IRRELEVANT! If I didn't LOVE the care Dr. Cassimatis gives me, I would definitely go elsewhere for my health needs. Thank you Dr. Cassimatis for taking up the slack of your UNPROFESSIONAL staff member! Excellent doctor. Kind, caring. Answer all your questions, and concerns the patient have. Great doctor, I highly recommend him.

I don't have enough nice words to say ab ut Dr. Cassimatis and the staff at this facility. Friendly, professional, accommodating - I just always have a great appointment and don't even get me started on Dr. C. and the ease of having the dreaded colonoscopy. He is so caring -just the absolute best!

My mother cannot stop raving about her wonderful experience with Dr. Cassmatis and his staff. Between the two of them, my parents have had MANY colonoscopies. This facility was the most professional and comfortable.

Dr Cassimatis has great bedside manners, explains everything, takes the time to wait for the patient to come out of anesthesia and talk to him/her as well as the patient spouse. He was great emotional intelligence, not to mention also his incredible skills. He calls the patient home when need it. I am his patient, as well as my husband who is disable Vet, my sister, her son who is a police officer and other members of the family.

Dr. Cassimatis is a great doctor. I have had GI issues for years and prior to my recommendation to see Dr. Cassimatis, was being treated by a CRHC doctor for many years with minimal and sporadic improvement of symptoms. Dr. Cassimatis changed this! He accurately diagnosed my conditions and prescribed treatments that have helped to alleviate my symptoms and ease my discomfort. My stomach feels better than it has in years. He listens, he cares and knows what he is doing!

Dr Cassimatis was so nice to my son and explained everything to us regarding his upcoming procedure. Office staff a complete pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

I had gastric sleeve surgery done 3 years ago. I went to my bariatric surgeon over and over with no answers, being brushed off as fine. I knew something was wrong and I finally took my own health into my hands. I went to see Dr. Cassimatis. He was kind, patient, and explained everything to me (even as a registered nurse I got nervous with my own health and needed guidance). He ordered tests, endoscopies and medication to help with the symptoms. Winds up I did have a problem....bleeding ulcers. Dr. Cassimatis found my issue when my surgeon who helped create the problem wouldn't help me and he has been my primary gastro, advocate and go-to doctor ever since. I cant praise him enough. The back office staff (RNs, LPNs) are amazing. The front office staff is friendly (for the most part) and helpful at trying to work around your schedule and get you what you need for your insurance needs.
