Great experience in dealing with Dr. Kershner and her staff. I visited the Franklin Square and Federal Hill locations and was impressed by the coordination of appointments for exams/tests, keeping appointment times and the overall care. She is the best! Makes you feel very comfortable.
I am an orthopaedic surgeon in Baltimore. Had a cardiology question for one of my patients. Dr. Kershner responded immediately and took great care of my patient. I trust her as a physician and thank her for being so responsive to my request.
I would say without hesitation that Dr Kershner and Dr Schamp saved my life. They are excellent physicians, and I hope to remain under their care. Paul Farber

Dr. Kershner herself is wonderful. However, the staff is not! I have been trying to get a page filled out regarding a dental procedure for a week and today's my appointment and it is STILL not filled out. I have been hung up on while on hold. I have left numberous of messages on voicemails that NEVER get returned. This is totally unacceptable and guess what I am not old! If I was someone older and got this type of treatment I am not sure what I would do? Staff needs to change!
Did not listen and did not trust her decisions. Was very abrupt and brief visit.
